Description

The PetSafe Indoor Pet Barrier Transmitter, a safe and easy-to-use system, effectively keeps your pet out of certain rooms, off furniture, away from trashcans, and more. Simply plug in the unit near the area you want to protect. When your pet gets near the area, his receiver collar (not included) sends a warning beep, followed by a safe, mild static correction. Your pet will quickly learn to avoid the off-limits area.

Use this Transmitter with any PetSafe in-ground fence receiver collar (not included).

Key Benefits

  • Compact transmitter (about the size of a Frisbee) is for indoor use only, with an adjustable range from 2 - 10 feet
  • Protect your pet inside and outside with the same PetSafe receiver collar
  • Tone-only mode alerts your pet with a beep
  • Add an unlimited number of pets with additional collars and add extra barriers for any number of protected areas
  • Compatible with any PetSafe In-Ground Fence System or receiver collar except UltraSmart and YardMax systems. (collar not included)

  • Great product

My new schnauzer rescue was not potty trained and constantly snuck in our diningroom to go pee. Needless to say , it was ruining our furniture. I bought the pet barrier and my Hank avoids this room completely. Make sure you buy the correct collar for the monitor. Wonderful product.

I have 4 dogs. A big PitBull A Great Dane, a Bulldog mix(who is so crazy and untrainable) , and a lil Chihuahua all of which do not listen! They destroy everything but now I bought Petsafe Pawz Away And I now have my home back!!!! Im so happy and recommend this product 100%!! Only thing is that because one of the dogs is so tall our little device sits on couch instead of under but not a big deal because its so small!! I Loved it so much i got the outdoors version so my rescue bulldog mix would stop pooping on the cement!! N yup he stopped its Awesome! I cant wait to use it for my patio furniture next season!!!!! Eeekkkk!!! Buy this product!!!!

  • Works great!

I have bought several PetSafe Indoor Pet Barrier Transmitters. So helpful in stopping the dogs from rushing the front door, preventing escape. I also have one placed in the guest bedroom to keep that area off limits. My mom's cat is very timid around my dogs so I put one in her hallway giving the cat the back half of the house as a safe haven when we stop by for a visit. The transmitter works with the receiver collars that are used for the PetSafe inground radio fence around my yard - no need to switch collars, so easy!

  • Works as well as can be expected...it's a cat!

The barrier is very effective...as long as the collar is on. The three and a half month old kitten (rushing any open door), grasped the concept of the outdoor fence placed on top of the block wall and across the ground at the gate with one attempt out the gate. He's very bright! He also immediately understood the indoor barrier placed on the counter and covering the table and countertops. He also figured out that no collar and no beep means it's Ok to hit the counter top in the evening when the collar comes off. He also figured out not to do it in front of the adults...only in front of the kids. Since collar is only off at night he stays off the counter during the day when he and the dog are The barrier is very effective...as long as the collar is on. Since collar is only off at night he stays off the counter during the day when he and the dog are alone and can be caught and corrected by the adults in the evening. The dog door was a problem since the dog was used to coming and going as he pleased and had elimination problems without the door being open. The decision was made to try the outdoor cat fence. It has been a lifesaver and sanity saver for dog and family, as the kitten screamed bloody murder at the door to join the kids and dog in the back yard. He loves back yard time, is safe, and has stopped rushing the front and garage doors now that he can go outside in the back yard. Hopefully he will eventually accept that counters and table are off limits even with his collar off! … more
