Rated 5 out of 5 by Pikachu2 Great for digestive challenges
We have three cats, one of which has a severe problem with diarrhea and making it to the liter box. After we started him on this, it improved tremendously -- but still not 100% gone. I just started him on probiotics, so its a wait-n-see situation (I mix it in with soft food). But for a cat that my vet said "won't survive," he's doing pretty good after Purdue University looked as his ultrasounds and said "maybe he has lymphoma" because of the horrible results of his tests. We were honestly preparing to put him to sleep, but the vet suggested we try a dietary approach before taking such a drastic step. Turns out he doesn't have lymphoma, he just has a bad digestive system. Thank you to the companies who make specialized food. And if anyone wants a cat who sometimes misses the litterbox, let me know (but we just love him so much, he's our "wrong in every way" cat). :-)

One of our cats had serious digestive issues and was being treated by our vet. In addition to prescription meds, she had us feed 1 packet of Forti-Flora mixed with food daily. Larry's appetite improved after he started on Forti-Flora and is back to normal now and we are continuing the supplement as his weight improves.
We were pleased to find this probiotic available at a good price through Chewy, and have it on autoship.
Thanks, Chewy, for offering this product!

I am so sorry, but I cannot give Fortflora a good review. I got it for my cat who is a diabetic, having vomiting and diarrhea every 10 days or so. I was told Fortiflora would help. Not only does he not like it, he had another session of vomiting and diarrhea after being on it for five days. When he got really hungry, he would eat it, but most of the time, he turned his nose up at the taste.

My cat has diarrhea. She's 9 years old and has bad teeth. It's painful for her to eat dry food unless it's wet. So when I began giving her daily fortiflora in her wet food, which she loves the taste of, she slowly began to have less diarrhea. I'm happy if she's happy. It's all because of the fortiflora (and giving her dry food that's soaked in home made chicken broth) that are allowing her to be healthy again

If your cats won't eat a prescription food, try FortiFlora. Our cats will eat anything that has Fortiflora sprinkled on it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Margot14 Good product but not a lot of it.
My cats will begin to nibble on wet food when sprinkled on it. But once the pouch is open the 'good smells' melt away. However....probiotics are a good thing for all cats.

I thought I was buying kitty food with Probioti cs in it. I assumed each packette was a single serving of kitten food.

My cat has lymphoma and is receiving treatment. She also has inflammatory bowel disease which causes her to have diarrhea. The doctor recommended a probiotic and she loves this one . I call it fairy dust because I sprinkle it on her food and she eats it right up.
