  • Royal Canin Glycobalance and Chewy are the best!

    By on

My 12 year old cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I did not hold much faith that switching to Royal Canin Glycobalance would change her disease, however I am amazed! She is thriving! So here is my big praise to Chewy. When I went to order her a new bag of cat food, I accidentally ordered dog food. I didn't notice this until my cat was completely out of her food. I called Chewy. They are shipping out the right cat food immediately and they are refunding me for the dog food I ordered by accident. How great of a company is that!!

  • My cat likes it

    By on

I started feeding my cat Kallie Glycobalance around October. My vet recommend it because she has diabetes and also has a sensitive stomach and a lot of foods cause her to have stomach issues. This food hasn't given her any issues. I tried other diabetic dry food and she wouldn't eat it. She loves this kind, as well as my other cats who are not diabetic. Yesterday she had to go the the vet for a blood sugar check (the first one since she started with this food) and her sugar was good, it was 84.

  • Recommended instead of UR food

    By on

A vet surgeon recommended the S/O Index versus UR for a cat that had suffered UTIs for several years while still on UR wet and dry food. So far, so good. Cats love the food.

  • This kibble is flavorable and just the right size kibble for a small cat mouth. The cats love it! I use it as a treat.

My girls are used to both moist and kinbble foods. One kitty had to be put on this food for its low residue features. The other cat wanted it instead of the other brand , which they both liked. So to reduce frustrations between the cats my vet put them both on this food. I would say it is satisfying as they eat it well, and seem satisfied, not begging for more than the amount they should have.

  • Diabetic cat

    By on

Best food for a diabetic cat. Vet said 80% of his cats respond to treatment on this food and it looks like my cat has. Bought my second bag on Chewy because ir was prices cheaper. Saved me having to drive to the vet to get it. You do need a perscription for this stuff though.
