  • Good food but Royal Canine can't keep it in stock

    By on

This review is not about Chewy, which is a well run company. the Royal Canine duck dry for cats is a good food but along with other Royal Canine products, the RC management does not seem to be able to keep their foods in stock. Given that they are selling these foods like medicine -- at a high price and requiring a vet to sign off, it is really irresponsible on the part of RC management be out of stock for weeks. If your animal has an allergy and you have managed to find a food that alleviates the problem, having it out of stock for literally weeks at a time is problem and a reflection of a poorly run company.

  • Cat with IBD loves it!

    By on

Cat with inflammatory bowel disease loves it. He is a very picky eater. Does not like the wet food version of this food but loves the dry version. We bounce around between the duck, venison, and rabbit protein versions of Royal Canin food products because he is such a picky eater.

  • Cat loves it

My cat is very particular about what she will eat, and seems to have a sense for the special food that is good for her skin condition. Very nice to have some variety in selections.

  • The most popular dry pet food we have ever purchased

    By on

I am doing my cat a huge favor to help him with his allergies. In doing so, the two other cats reap the benefits. I have never EVER had a pet food in my house that smelled so good to me and the pets. I have to be careful where I store the rest of the bag to fill their dishes. If I don't hide that bag, in a high and enclosed spot, any dog or cat will claw or chew at it to get what is inside. I LOVE the smell - but I promise, I don't eat it. I do, however, understand why they love it!!

  • Great Price and Fast Delivery

    By on

Very happy with my purchase. Price was much lower than my vet and I did not have to call to have it ordered than pick it up the following week. Chewy product was ordered online and delivery was the next day. Much more convenient and less expensive. Thank you.

  • It's Quackerful Delicious!

    By on

Our fat kitty has the equivalent of irritable bowel syndrome in felines (yes, ew!). Anyway, when the venison/green pea was discontinued we were not optimistic as he has tried the rabbit (still the same issue, ew!). But, he is tolerating the duck protein well, and we are happy to have an alternative!

  • Life saver for my kitten

    By on

My kitten, Boo, is allergic to regular cat food. After much trial and error, finally found a food she can eat and stay healthy. Was purchasing from my vet but on-line is easier.

  • Very prompt- will buy again, no complaints,,!

    By on

Very prompt- Chewy cleared the prescription with my vet and shipped the food right away. Received the package (both moist and kibble) very fast! No complaints at all. Will continue to purchase from Chewy. :) Duck is kitty's favorite flavor out of the allowed foods. She loves both the kibbles and the moist, but gets fussy about which one she wants on any given day. Very high quality food, has greatly improved her health. She has a pretty severe autoimmune intolerance to something in most regular cat foods, even the denatured foods didn't help her. But on this food and a low dose steroid she's gotten better. She has a good appetite, gained back her lost weight and strength, and has Very prompt- Chewy cleared the prescription with my vet and shipped the food right away. • EXCELLENT QUALITY FOOD

    By on

My cat has inflammatory bowel disease so high quality limited ingredient protein cat food is important. This food in addition to canned food is an excellent source of such protein. It fills him up so he does not over eat. I think any kitty would enjoy the taste and nutritional results.
