I have 2 long haired & 1 short haired cats. Even though they are all indoor cats I have had a difficult summer season with fleas on all 3 cats. I have used Frontline in the past with great success but because of the number of cats & my current situation I opted out for a less expensive product. All three cats are still itching from fleas & I applied the product 2 days ago. This is my second application of the product & it didn't work either time.

My only deduct of one star...I have one feral cat that is impossible to put this on. I wish, I wish there was a pill for fleas AND ticks.

I would definitely say people should use this product. It truly works.

Timely delivery, free shipping, good product. I've been using this product for several years now and my cats are flea and tick free. Do be very cautious in administering it high between the shoulder blades so the cat can't lick it- it's not pretty if they do. Read instructions carefully.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Pickle98 I don't know why but on one of my three cats I applied it to the area between the shoulders it was applied the area is now bare and hair hasn't grown.
I don't know why but on one of my three cats I applied it to between the shoulders has become bare and hairless seems it killed hair growth in that area. This cat is only partly Russian Blue, if he were purebred I'd really be upset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gofeesh FiproGuard is easy to apply
I've used this product for years on my cats (and my dog before she passed). The protection from fleas and ticks is great, although 2 of my cats scratch their ears & neck after I apply it to them. I haven't seen any sign of fleas or ticks on any of my kitties & that makes me very happy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jane Very effective product
We started using FiproGuard as a cost-savings measure, but soon found that in our wooded area, where our treated outdoor cat could still come home a few times each year with engorged wood ticks embedded in her skin, FiproGuard seemed to provide better protection. Deer ticks are hard to spot on a cat - though so far, so good regarding Lyme Disease - but wood ticks are also dangerous. We regard their absence as proof of the high level of effectiveness of this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lyndas Works on ticks
Only product we've found that works on ticks (for cats). We have three cats and one or more always had a tick on them. They have no sense of humor removing them either! Plus Florida has year round flea issue. This is affordable and has knocked down flea count. Still see one or two fleas but no eggs etc.. we apply every 3 weeks so cost is major issue.
