Taste of the Wild Rocky Mountain Grain-Free Canned Cat Food is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 96.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from hit or miss This seems to be good food, the smell is nice, no vomit like scents lol The chunks are smaller as i was expecting HUGE pieces from other reviews. Out of 3 cats one loves it, one eats it from hunger, one prefers starving. Nothing wrong with the food, it is my cats. Even tho they are not picky eaters, i found out after trying many brands that they absolutely prefer the real bits foods. No pates, no mush and morsel cut.. only foods where the natural shape of the fish, meat and veggies is kept (like petite cuisine, BFF, Weruva, etc). So even tho this was not an absolute success in my household, i still recommend it if your cat likes pates or morsels like foods. it is not too hard to smush with a fork. One last thing, i please ask the reviewers community to add pictures of how the cat food looks IN the can. Most description do not state what you will find inside. Pate? Morsels? real bits? If we share pictures who is in my same situation (or opposite for the matter) will be tremendously helped!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Timely delivery. Size of food chucks too large for my cat to eat so I mash it with a fork which works. Need smaller chunks. Cat likes the food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works here I have purchased both the dry and wet food and the wet food was eaten by all 4 cats so that is a big plus at this house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Carrageenan-free AND grain-free Our cat loves it! He has much more energy since switching to an all wet food diet. Taste of the Wild is the best.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Consistency My cat doesn't like the chunks in the food. He leaves the square chunk-like pieces in the bowl.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as impressed as I was hoping... I feed a WHOLE LOTTA cats! My own three, three current fosters, and a bunch of outside strays I am trying to tame. Out of ALL THOSE CATS...only two of them will eat it. I thought for sure this would be the perfect cat food for all of them, but it smells like a bag of bone marrow...the kind you use to grow prize roses. And the YUUUGE chunks are NOT for any kitty I've ever met, they are more dog size, IMHO. And if I don't mash it up, even the two who will eat it just lick around the gravy and leave the chunks. Since I feed them the dry variety of this brand, I was sure they would all eat it. Unfortunately for me, I ordered quite a bit. So I will just keep mashing it up for those two cats until it's gone, but will not be ordering, again. Very disappointed. I can't believe other people's cats will eat such big chunks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great food My cats love this food; it is the only wet food my finicky male cat will eat. It has great ingredients, and at the price it's the best of its range for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another winner in our house! As a pet mom, I'm always looking for the best nutrition for my pets. My biggest struggle, I find, is finding quality everyday food that they all like and is good for them. I mean I have 11 cats, so that can be rather difficult to do. Yes, it's a bit more than the average person, but it probably doesn't help that I volunteer for a local animal rescue called Spaymart, an amazing place if you're looking to adopt a kitten, adult or senior cat(s). Well, we have our regular brand dry food that I've had a time going back and forth between. One was grain-free and the other was still healthy, but not quite as good as the grain-free one. The problem was, with the grain-free one, a couple of my cats would always throw it up. So ultimately I went back to the other one. However, I still wanted to incorporate grain-free into their diet. For wet food, we usually buy what's on sale and save the favorites for special occasions, such as holidays. This is a new brand that I hadn't heard of until now and I wasn't too sure how the cats would like it, but judging by their reaction, they were rather pleased with it. This brand comes with 24 small cans. With 11 cats, that won't last long, however, it's definitely worth getting for them! As soon as I ripped the top back I saw this was a "chunk" style and not pate, I was excited as were the cats. The chunks are their favorite style. It had a lot of thick gravy to it, which is what generally really catches their attention. The moment I popped the top and put the can down they were all over it guzzling it down. Seriously, though, this stuff was a hit in our home and looks like another treat we can add to our "approved" list!
