  • Don't wait to start using Immune Support

My feral cat, Nicky was a healthy boy. We fed him for almost 6 years. He came around 2-3 times a day to our home to be fed wet and dry food. He had a heated house on our deck, heated bowls. He was a sweet boy, but wild. I could pet him after a few years, but never pick him up. He came and went as he pleased, lived in the woods behind our house, but staying close, wintered in the comfortable house we provided him. In December, a gray stray cat started coming to his food bowls. The gray cat apparently was FHV+ and infected Nicky. But we didn't know this. We didn't know what was wrong with our wild child. Once he became symptomatic, we realized he was infected with FHV+. We did order this product My feral cat, Nicky was a healthy boy. We fed him for almost 6 years. Once he became symptomatic, we realized he was infected with FHV+. We did order this product and start him on it, but it was too late for him. He got sicker, lost weight, then the conjunctivitis caused blindness. He ate his food with gusto to the end with the Immune Support, but lost the battle. Thanks for the hope, but it didn't help. Maybe if we knew what he had and started him on it earlier, Nicky would still be here. … more

I am glad I can purchase this product from you. It is priced good and comes quickly. I was recommended to use this product from a vet for a cough my kitten had. The product does what it say it does. I use it every day. Your company has good pricing and great delivery. Even your boxes are great!!!! The kittens love to tear them up.

  • Wonderful company and Great products

I've needed to use the supplement for my kitten since the day I got her. It compares to the same product I buy from the vet but I save more than half the amount of money buying this from Chewie.com.

I tried this powder by putting it in the bowl for all my cats. I have one that has been blowing snot for years and I keep trying different products. This is not the worst, but it did not work for my cats. It stinks and noone will go near the food bowls. I'll keep looking

  • Seems like a good product for an immune boaster

My new adopted kitten had a runny nose and was sneezing. After taking him to the vet she thought it might be an allergy not a respiratory infection. I started giving him a small amount of this product and the sneezing and running nose disappeared after a week.

  • some of my cats arent thrilled

A wonderful product, but a few of my cats won't accept it in their food. It may be the fishy smell. Yet, my stray and 2 of my own cats have no problem. I guess it just depends on the cats taste.

  • Hey You is doing well on this

My elderly cat has feline herpes that has effected his eyes. We have tried drops and antibiotics. The antibiotics helped but he has to have drops daily to keep it in control. He does not allow us to put drops in his eyes - claws - bites - runs away. In order to get drops in his eyes we had to take him to the vet everyday which stressed him as much as trying to medicate him at home. I decided to try L-Lysine to help. After a month I do see improvement. It can be mixed in his food, and he doesn't even know it is there.

  • Easy to Use and All My Cats Eat It

    By on

I have 4 cats and I give it to all of them. One of them, for sure, has Feline Herpes so I started this as a preventative and an immune boost for my 2 white cats. My oldest cat (14) doesn't like the powder. So, I dissolve it in a bit of water so there is no grit. Once I did that, she had no problem eating it. The rest of them eat it just fine. I just add it to their wet food and mix it in. Easy peasy and my cats take it in stride. :-)

  • Fantastic Product for Immune Support!

    By on

I have cats infected with the feline herpes virus (FHV) and they occasionally get "kitty colds" that manifest as runny eyes, sometimes nose. I have an 18 year old that this was nearly fatal for, as he would get extremely sick, and a young one who is also FIV positive, so an FHV flare can be serious. I keep everyone on lysine daily (1/4 tsp for the high risk, 1/8 tsp for everyone else) and it keeps the FHV flares away, almost 100%. Neither of the high risk has flared since maintaining this regimen and I've only had two very brief flares of eye discharge among the others. Given that most domesticated cats have now been exposed to FHV, this supplement is a must have!
