Prescribed by my vet for one of my cats who is older and prone to health problems. Now I have to give them to 2 of my babies!! The third cat doesn't care for them, but he's a younger cat and really doesn't need them. Loved the speedy service chewy.com provides!

Bought these when I adopted my cat from Humane Society, and she had a runny eye and sneezing. Within 2 days she was fine and has been since. They smell bad but my cat seems to like them.
2 am - 2 pm. Cat is 7.5 pounds

Recommend by my Veternarian as a supplement to my kittens diet. I give her one treat twice a day. She likes the treats so it's a "win-win" for both of us.

I was excited and had high hopes my two kitties would enjoy these Lysine treats so I wouldn't have to orally give it to them 2x a day. (They're prone to Upper Respiratory infection/runny eyes).
The bag is horrendous smelling like every review mentions; but I just hold my breath and get the treats out quickly and close up.
First day both my older cat (10yrs, Tigger) and "baby" (1yr, Jaguar) ate it fine. They are harder pieces, but easily cut through with a butter knife or other item.
Second day Jaguar ate it and has ever since (going on two weeks), but the older one has never wanted to touch it again. I just give Tigger his orally with the gel the vet gave. No worries. Both cats seem to do very well on Lysine.
I will look at the others treat options on here and see if I Tigger will try another.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mimi Not for our kitty
We tried these and they easily become hard and dried out if you don't seal the bag properly. Either way, sealed or not, our cat hates them, so therefore they are of no help to his health. We buy the enisyl-f lysine bites instead. Way better product and our cat loves them and they really work for his weepy eye and sneezing. These may have worked too, but he won't eat them.

A friend, who is a vet tech, recommended the treats for my sneezing kitty. She doesn't like them at first, but by the time i come home, they are gone. Unless she is storing them somewhere.

I found a trick to get my cat to eat this. I smash it with the back of a spoon, then sprinkle with Instinct Raw Boost Mixer. It's like an appetizer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shastasmom For shelter cats
Bought these for shelter cats that all land up with respiratory problems. I am not sure if they will help, but they cannot hurt. Some vets recommend them, some don't.
