Rated 4 out of 5 by Tuxedo Easy to feed
For cats who do not like close contact, this product is ideal. You just throw pieces to them or leave behind, they would eat them up. I use this product for ferals in the summer when they lick too much of their hair.

I adopted a cat a year ago, she is a long hair, persian, siberian maine coon mix. She was hacking up huge long hairballs several times a day/night. I ordered this product about 10 months ago, grate it up to powder and mix it with her dry food morning and night. Not one hairball in all this time. Thank you

Rated 2 out of 5 by lasnap Used to be great, but cats won't eat new bottle!
I've been giving these treats to my two cats every day for the last 3 years. I've noticed some consistency issues in the past, where some bottles have softer treats and others are so hard that I have trouble breaking them up with my fingers. However, through all of this, my cats have always still loved to eat these every morning, and they seem to have helped with hairball control.
Not so with the bottle that I received in my auto ship and opened today. I was initially excited to see that the treats were a little thinner, which made them much easier to break apart. But neither of my cats would eat them. They both sniffed and walked away. My male cat even checked out his sister's treat and deemed it inedible before giving up.
This was previously a great product, and hopefully they will fix whatever the issue is and it will be worth the money again. Until then, I'll be requesting a refund and exploring other hairball control options.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Leni Cates will not eat new formula!
I have been using Hairball Relief for years. Last summer (7/16) I ordered 2 bottles and cats would not touch the tablets. I contacted Vet's Best and they did say that they had changed the inert ingredients in the formula, but got negative responses from customers. They have another formulation now, and they sent me a new bottle (December 8, 2016). Cats will not touch this either! Ah, so sad to see such a wonderful product bite the dust...

Rated 1 out of 5 by Alva57 I had high hopes for this product!
I tried giving these tablets twice to Ari...he refused to taste it! I will be requesting an RA so I can return this product. I'm hoping to find something "liquid" that I can possibly add to his water bowl.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Taraann71 Great for sensitive stomach
I have bought everything out there for hairballs! This is the only product that my cat actually comes running for and doesn't get sick from. Would recommend it to any cat owner.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Barbara524 New Formula Is Not Good
Vet's Best Hairball tablets newest formula is very disappointing again. My cats do not like these but LOVED the old tablets. I still have the good bottle and compared the ingredients. This is also the second time the ingredients were changed. The new formula is missing the dried chicken and brewer's yeast which was in the good tablets. The current tablets now include a filler of cellulose and "foreign ingredients" which is of some concern. I wish they would just return to the old tablets and there would be many happy cats and pet owners.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Meta Cats love them
I was worried when I got these because the pills are huge, and I wasn't sure my cats would eat them on their own, but I break them apart as directed, and my cats love them and consider them a treat.
As far as how they work, no throwing up so far, but I'll revise my review if I find they are not effective.
