  • My cat didn't like them.

These are much larger than I thought, and unfortunately my cat will not eat them. Could be a great product, but my cat won't touch it.

  • Vet recommended, cat approved

My vet recommended this product to help with my cat's chronic gingivitis. It has done wonders for my cat's teeth and gums and I haven't had to have him anesthetized for dental cleaning for years. I can't guarantee that every cat owner will have such success, but if your cat is prone to gingivitis, I'd recommend trying these unique treats.

  • This product is awesome

My cat loves Virbac the only problem is he tries to eat it too fast. I always brush my cats teeth on a regular basis however there was always a small amount of red along his gum line. Now that I started using Virbac that red is gone. Great Product!!! Also my siamese has a very sensitive stomach but this product seems to be very easy for him to digest. Barb

  • Toy ... or Food? Kitten Approved!

    By on

Kitsune (7mo. old cat) wasn't sure at first what to do with these. He was batting them around like a toy ... until he saw one of the older cats EATING one! Now he still bats it around a bit, but he also eats them. His "mackerel mouth" has improved considerably since he started getting these. Very nice product. Kitsune approves!

  • Cat is Addicted to these

I don't know if it was good or bad that I bought these. My cat is hooked. He started waking me up at night to beg for these. I'm glad to know they're good for him too.

  • Cat's Obsession

    By on

My cats are so in love with these, unfortunately. I hope they do some good for the teeth because they are absurdly expensive, but I think my cats would eat me if I stopped buying them. I do brush their teeth as well. They seem to like both flavors equally.

  • Cat loves it!

My big boy kitty with bad tarter on his teeth just loves this and it seems to be helping his teeth. Hard to get them cleaned as he freaks out from anesthesia at the vet. At first cut the treat in half as he seemed th think it was too big too eat. Now he just grabs a whole one and eats it just fine.

  • My cat loves these!

I tried these Virbac CET treats for my cat because the vet had recommended the CET rawhide chews for my dog. He said they would help keep the dogs teeth clean. My cat eats 90% wet food so I wanted to try something that might help with her teeth. When I first ordered them I wasn't sure if she would eat them. The texture is a bit unusual on the outside. She is not the kind of cat that will eat just anything you put in front of her. Initially I tore them in half (which isn't easy & messy) but found out no need for that. She loves them. Each night at bedtime she knows she is going to get her treat & is prowling the kitchen meowing waiting to get one. She gives them 4 paws up!

  • Vet recommended for gingivitis, cat loves 'em!

    By on

Dr. Fong in San Francisco prescribed these for my 9 y/o 27 lb. Siamese, Solomon, who has developed some gingivitis. He also prescribed some dental dry food. Solomon would not touch the dry food but loves these chews. He has not been on them long enough for me to report on results for the gingivitis, but it is good to give my dear kitty something he will accept that is supposed to help.

  • Dinah loves them!

How wonderful to have a product that is good for cats and that they thoroughly enjoy. Our cat is elderly and takes a pill every day. She knows she gets a virbac chew after, so medicating her is relatively (!) easy.
