Weruva is a line of luxurious natural and grain-free pet foods. Made in a human food facility, they gathered the best ingredients from around the world to make the best food for your best friend - for life. The factory operates at international human food processing standards, including that of the super-strict British Retail Consortium (BRC), and the pet food processing must pass BRC scrutiny.

A terrific pacific treat, made with red meat tuna and shirasu. Shirasu are baby anchovies. Translated as “white child” or “white small” perhaps the smallest fish available on the market, shirasu have become a traditional part of the Japanese diet. Weruva Asian Fusion with Tuna & Shirasu Grain-Free Canned Cat Food is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cats LOVE it! I switched to Weruva foods exclusively for my 2 cats because one is putting on weight and I was able to calculate that Weruva has some of the highest protein percentages per can in their foods. I bought this flavor on impulse, and the cats completely love it. It's a nice addition to the regular rotation of Weruva cans, and I'm happy knowing that they are eating real meat, with no grains and very few carbs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product I have a diabetic cat who needs to be on a completely natural diet. I've been experimenting with very low carbohydrate cat foods and have discovered Weruva. Weruva contains about 4 carbs per serving (opposed to double digits with all the ones you can buy from Petsmart/Petco without a prescription). His blood sugar is going down!!! Also, since I have several other cats and it is impossible to get them all to eat at only their own bowl, I needed a better solution than small 3 oz. cans that are very expensive (Hill's Prescription). This works!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MissMolly Wish I could do before and after pictures of my "babie's" fur to show the difference in just 3 weeks after switching to this brand of cat food. Babie is 10 years old and looks and acts like a 2 y.o. She has long black hair and it now feels like "mink". She also hardly ever needs grooming due to very little dandruff and practically no shedding. Even my doggie likes to lick the cats bowl clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bon Appetit! I have been a big fan of Weruva over the past several years . . . as I believe it saved two of our cats lives. Both had some severe medical issues at one point, and lost their appetites. The Weruva brand of cat food was one of the few things that would entice them enough to eat. And eat they did! They both regained full stamina and vitality, and I can say that Weruva's Asian Fusion has been one of their all-time favorites! Our recent order was no exception. Made of human grade ingredients, in our experience, it not only nourishes our cats on an ongoing basis and gives them luxurious, healthy coats, but a combo of several different weruva flavors definitely brought our cats back to a state of wellness on two critical occasions. I recommend Weruva products, and Asian Fusion in particular, whole-heartedly! Bon Appetit!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Weruva Asian Fusion with Tuna & Shirasu Canned Cat Food I have used this brand a long time ago and recently tired it again. My cats used to love it, but they have changed something in their ingredients or packaging because now it is about 80% jelly. The food is loaded with this jelly, and I mean lots of it. I was pulling out so much jelly that I ended up with only a small amount of actual food. I will never buy this cat food again even if my cats love it, just too much jelly and too expensive, such a waste of money. I have a case of food left and can't throw it out, $$$ I will post a picture of one of my opened cans soon to show you what it looks like for real.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This can't possiblty be cat food I picked this up as an emergency replacement until I could get to my pet place, I opened it up and though WHAT this MUS be a human type canned fish I has to repetitive read the label over an over in sheer disbelief, it looked exactly like mackerel or sardines you get for humans which I tried for the first time in my 1/2 century life about 6 months ago which I ended up giving my coyote pack I care for (which is normal for those of us living in SERIOUSLY Rural desert areas) I think the look on my hungry cats face said it all she was EXCUSE ME did you forget you were feeding ME! I sat there inspecting these huge palm size pieces of human quality fish, she finally brought me back to reality with a well deserved "I'm sorry I thought your leg was a scratching post" shock...Truth be told I just opened up and inspected another can while she literally got breathless eating it so quickly, in the same fashion I have only seen when they get holiday human food treats. AND she ate the ENTIRE other can, which I wasn't finished inspecting either. BUT that isn't all I found, there were pieces of poultry that are EXACTLY like what I give them on the holidays, identifiable pieces, which is not even possible in a chicken Mc-nugget or patty. I will deny this next statement, and swear that I did NOT write this review at all, if you have cats you know they have Mad computer skills, especially when changing things on your computer, that normally takes us humans 6 plus fingers simultaneously, to achieve, like screen resolution or entire power point presentations. That disclaimer in place: I tasted it, WHAT curiosity is a two way street when you are a cat lover SO..While I don't condone or recommend eating it, but it was exactly like those "for human consumption" sardines I tried, except, this was kind of better...ACK! I read a review that mentioned the jelly like substance in fine French cuisine its refereed to as aspic, and its desired and tasty, unlike the mushier blended, unrecognizable. cheap, pate consistency of most wet cat foods, instead this is a Fine French Feline Feast version. There are canned high quality gourmet foods, made or humans, that I would NEVER touch let alone try, for example Surströmming, I would GLADLY take this cat food instead, without a second thought, and with the same fixing YUMMY..something I would no doubt enjoy and eat many times. If you think about some of the foods eaten around the world, this is on the gourmet human side of th....OMG I am way off topic and have ended up in the twilight review zone so um yeah Great cat food
