Rated 5 out of 5 by Cheraud The Best Cat Food For Your Cat:
I have done a lot of research on different manufacturers of cat food, and found Weruva. In my honest opinion this is a quality company and they make holsome grade A food. No fillers, no preservatives you cannot pronounce, just excellent food with all the nutrients that give your pet, the nutrition he or she needs.
My pet has kidney issues, and when I called the company, the representative spent a hour with me, telling me what line of products would be best suited for him. They have three different classifications of food, and the variety is fantastic. Your pet will never get bored.
I trust this company, and plan on purchasing this line of food for the rest of my cats life.
My cat loves this food, and when I put it down for him, he finishes every morsel until his next meal. He was a very picky eater, and when I purchased it for him the first time, I was skeptical that maybe this would also be a waste, but he devoured it and has loved it every since.
Great company, great products.

My 3 cats just don't like their meat in long strings. They love the juice and lap that up, but leave the strings of chicken. I've seen other people write the same thing, and it's a shame Weruva can't (or won't) offer smaller chunks of chicken. I hate to feed my cats fish all the time, but it's not in strings, so they prefer it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Marianne ATTN Senior Cat Parents: Great with Grandma's Chicken Soup!
I had my 15 year old kitty with aging kidneys on the dreadful Hill's diet for a while. Not only did the food smell awful, but let's just say that *what happened afterwards* was the worst smell I can think of (sorry to say! Just...Yuck!!) the Hills is full of grain and is more expensive, so I was looking for something actually healthy and I did my research on here and decided get him off dry food as well. I bought a case of Weruva Frik a Zee and a case of Weruva Grandma's Chicken Soup. I switch between the two. My cat is happier, healthier and smelling Good I'll just say. I am so glad I made the switch. This stuff is human grade, I know because I even like the smell of it. It's expensive, which is my only complaint...oh, and it's made in Thailand...that is odd. But at this point I haven't found anything better. Hope this helps.

My darling baby has a very sensitive tummy. This is the only food she will eat and can keep down, thank goodness I can get it shipped to my house because we live so far from a pet store.
Thanks again Chewy for your speedy delivery

This is such a high quality food. Succulent chicken in a nice gravy. My cats loved it.

Although it contains 3 gums and copper sulfate and is made in Thailand, this is still one of the best choices of wet food out there. Too bad my cats hate shredded chicken. I guess it's the the long strings that's difficult for them to eat. Also, too much of it can make your kitty develop chicken allergy, so I strongly encourage to feed it in rotation only, not exclusively. My cats said "no" to this one, and one of them actually got a teary scratchy eye (allergy), so I won't be buying this flavor anymore. I also feed them Weruva "Fowl Ball" turkey flavor, and albeit it's heavy with chicken as well, they tolerate it better. I'm going to leave that one in my rotation.

Rated 3 out of 5 by bren gets gobbled up : ) so we use it as a topper right now
My cat likes Chicken Frickazee.
One of our primary foods is Weruva's Paw Lickin Chicken - which looks so good I almost want to eat it myself LOL ! Paw Lickin Chicken looks like breast meat in a small amount of white or light gravy. I like that it is .10% protein and meaty, not all broth. (My cat was just diagnosed chronic kidney disease and I and trying to give her good quality protein, using a phosphorus binder, and pushing spring water I add to her last bites of food each feeding and then gently offer her by dropper often throughout the day#.
Comparatively, Frickazee is more gravy than meat - very thin shreds of dark meat in dark gravy. It does not look as appealing #or as healthy# to me. But we opened a can and tried a bit. It probably has a little stronger aroma - as my cat gobbles it up first ! And I enjoy seeing her even more eager for her food. So I use it as a topper on the Paw Lickin Chicken & other Weruva / Soulistic foods right now.
Frick a zee has less protein at .8 % than Paw Lickin Chicken, at that same .25 % phosphorus - which is just a little higher than the .17% that some Weruva and Soulistic catfoods can boast #namely Nine Liver, Funky Chunky, Grandmas Chicken Stew).
