Rated 5 out of 5 by TheCatfather Sensitive stomach seems to take well...
I first began getting the "Kitchen Pumpkin Lickin' Chicken" because I noticed it had chicken as it's main ingredient. No fish, no tuna, nothing but chicken.
For over a year now, this has been our cat Leo's food of choice. He tends to have a sensitive stomach, and with other foods he seems to eat too quickly which then results in him throwing the food up. With this specific pouched food, he has never done this.
The food in the pouch looks and smells like something I would eat, and it must taste quite good because Leo always eats every strand of meat and licks every ounce of liquid up when this is served.
Half a pouch seems to be enough for one serving, and I often times will split one pouch between 2 cats.
The only negative I have to say about this pouch is actually the pouch and little boxed containers the pouches come in.
The actual boxes that the pouches come in are quite thin, and when packed often times the packers are not putting enough paper in the box from Chewy's, which can leave these thin-boxed products smashed quite badly. The pouches have never been ripped or broken open, but more times than not, the box they are in is crushed significantly.
As many people have pointed out, the actual pouch holding the food can create an issue where some of the shredded meat will get stuck in the bottom corners of the pouch. I have found if you turn the pouch upside down, and shake the food out, it will usually fall/slip out the pouch so for me this is not such a big deal. I use a long handled cat-food spoon too, which makes it easy to reach all the food if I want to pull it out to serve.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SueSeaQ Liked pumpkin sauce MORE than the chicken!
I liked Chewy.com's price on this food and since I my cats had liked it when they tried it before when I bought it with a coupon from my local pet supply store, I decided to buy it with my normal order of cat litter from Chewy.com.
(The small boxes containing the pouches were rather crushed during shipment. I am glad the pouches themselves didn't get damaged.)
The cats like the pumpkin sauce more than they like the chicken. And they do like the chicken!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Blondissima It smells so good and it's very healthy :)
It smells and looks like food we eat. Our cats licked the pumpkin broth off the plate and chomped on the chicken breast shreds right away.
It has no caragenaan, no by-products, it doesn't smell like feet and doesn't look like mystery meat like so many other moist cat food.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Allochka7 This product is not as good as other similar products
All of my 3 cats do not like it. They lick the sauce and leave the dry shredded meat.

My cats enjoyed this flavor. The packaging is difficult to use and would like to see them use the same design Natural Balance Platefulls uses.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tathrin Massive Hit (until the novelty wore off)
The first few times we fed this to our cat he went absolutely crazy for it, lapping and gobbling so fast that he actually wore himself out from the effort. He liked it so much that we ordered a second case.
(We had originally gotten it for the other cat, who had digestion problems that we hoped the pumpkin would help with; he's a very picky eater and he wasn't interested at all. He only eats pureed food though, so don't hold that against the soup!)
The second batch was not as big of a hit. He still gets excited and laps up the soup real fast, but he leaves at least half the chicken behind. I don't know if the pumpkiny liquid is just SO good that the chicken can't compete, or if he doesn't like the combination of flavors, or if it's because he isn't used to eating shredded meat, or if there's too much chicken to too little liquid -- but for whatever reason, this cat who is generally a garbage disposal of any food even remotely cat-appealing has very little interest in the meat that comes out of this pouch.
He DOES still really like the soup though, so while we probably won't buy it again (because we feel bad throwing out the chicken after he's done!) at least the packets we already have won't go to total waste. If you've got a cat who does like shredded chicken definitely give this a try, because the soup itself is apparently quite tasty!
My one complaint aside from the weird pickiness of my cats is the pouch itself: it's hard getting all the meat out, and admittedly that isn't an issue with our cat anymore since that's his least favorite part of this food, but it's annoying to feel so much chicken left stuck in the pouch even when you squeeze and press to get it out.
