Rated 3 out of 5 by Michi Not for Asthmatic Cat but OK otherwise
I've used World's Best before but now use Dr Elsey Senior because my cats have urinary tract disease (and I am allergic to it, makes me sneezy). I notice my foster had coughed some muscus a few times around litter box, (she has asthma) so I decided to use this for her - I saw some suggestions online that since its "dust free" to use for asthma cats.
It was much worse than the crystal litter, coughing muscus everyday around her box. I now have her on Dr Elsey Respiratory and she is not coughing around the box late at night.
As far as clumping and all that World's Best has always been better litter compared to other brands, but if your cat has coughing issues this might be agitating it depending on what they have. As far as smell I have never been a fan, I think it smells very barn yard even when kept clean, makes me sneeze, but I think it smells better than Swheat Scoop at least.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NeonCat 1st Time Purchase - Will Reorder!
We have been using Dr. Elsey's Precious Cat Litter for years, but haven't been pleased with the clumping of the "Ultra" (blue bag) variety in recent years. After reading reviews, we decided to give World's Best a try. We are currently mixing about half World's Best (original/green bag) with half Dr. Elsey's (blue bag) and are seeing improved results (less cement-like debris sticking to the sides of the box). We are a two cat family, but only one cat uses this particular "open" litter box. He had no issues accepting the mix containing World's Best. We also have a Litter Robot Open Air that we have yet to try World's Best in - we use Dr. Elsey's cat attract in the LR, which seems to work better than Dr. Elsey's Ultra. Bottom line, we are pleased with our first purchase of World's Best and will definitely re-order.

The cats seem to like it and it is easier to clean the box than using clay litter. It seems to hold the smell a bit better and is easier to scoop. So we will continue with this one for a while to see how it goes

This Cat Litter is the Best!! No smell, easy clean-up, doesn't get all over the floor or their paws and lasts for 60 days like its says. I have tried a lot of cat litter and this is the best by far! Highly recommend!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Talliesin Not sure how I feel about it
Someone I respect as knowing a lot about cats recommended this product to me as being lighter weight than clay litter (I have trouble lifting), and kinder to kitty feet than crystals (I use dye-free crystals in our Scoop Free Electric Box), so I tried it. It's okay, but boy is it messy. Cats seem to like it though and will use that box rather than the electric one with the crystals in it. It's organic so I'm sure it's better for them. We're getting a second electric box that can use this litter. Just wish it wasn't so messy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cat22 The best cat litter ever!
I have used this cat litter for years and will continue to do so as long as I have a cat. It is the best flushable litter on the market. My cat loves it, I love it, my septic system loves it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Molly This is the litter that suits my needs and my cats' the best by far
I really needed a litter that my cat would find as appealing as possible because she formerly lived with a cat that bullied her in the litter box so it's a sensitive place. This seemed soft and dirt-like and did not have any weird added scent that would discourage her. It also does not create too much inhalable dust like clay litters. She approved, which is the most important thing!
For me, it's also a great litter because it is FLUSHABLE. It's never caused any problems for my toilet, and I've been using it for about 6 months now. (My cat is fully indoors so I don't have to worry about her having toxoplasmosis and spreading it through the sewer system). It also clumps well, making the litter very easily scoopable if the cat hasn't accidentally walked through it, which normally doesn't happen if I clean the boxes daily.
Some litter does get outside the box because she kicks it out, but I don't find it anywhere else so I don't think it tracks very well which is also wonderful.
