My precious boy Roady
Hi I never received my order. I am totally heartbroken and devastated as it is Because I just lost my cat Roady on March 2 And this was for his cremation ashes for my children. I needed this to take to the cremation facility and now I can't. I'm so hurt as it is and this happens . My order # is 1167735577
Perfect for what I need!
Definitely small, but for the price I really can’t complain. The urn part itself on here is $20, so although the frame isn’t top tier you’re technically only paying $4 for it. It’s cute and is going to be perfect to remember my girl.
Petite little frames
This was a little smaller than I had anticipated it to be, but it actually worked out and made a nice little front to my Felix's urn. The heart is a decent size and accentuate the frame nicely.
Cheap and Crooked - Made way too cheaply for the price.
This is such a great idea. It's a shame it's so poorly executed. My frame doesn't stand up straight and the hook is bent at an odd angle. The top edge is all wonky and wavy. It's not even gift-able. Very disappointed in this product.

thank you very much for the replacement frame. i was so glad to recieve it. my dog just passed after 23 years and am so glad i can have a memoral of him
Adorable Picture Frame
I got this in memory of one of my late dogs I lost a few years ago. This sits perfectly on my nightstand.
Not quite like the picture
The heart is crooked and tilts to the side. It is also smaller then it appeared so the vile to put ashed is so small that you would spill them before getting any into it. You also have to place it a certain way so it doesn't fall over, it doesn't seem to be centered on the stands.
Not quite as shown
I received my memorial frame very quickly. It’s not quite the same as shown in the photo. The locket details are different. It’s pretty but mine has an imperfection when someone cut the metal they cut it crooked here right where the heart hangs. The locket itself is also not a uniform shape. It just looks like they sloppily put it together. I got it while it was on sale so for the price I’d say I’m satisfied. It seems like too much trouble to shop it back for what’s wrong with it. I will probably have something else made eventually but it’s nice to have this for now.

Nice idea, but the hook that holds the heart was broken off. It was part of that part of frame no way to fix it.
