It used to cost about 8.00. I have been using this for my girl Pippa for two or three years. Wanted to buy her one for Christmas but it has gone up to 14.00! Sorry, I can't see spending that every month! Going to have a nosey round the cheaper scratcher boards now. I do recommend it, it is nice but be prepared to spend a LOT of money at the end of the day.
Cute and functional

My recent rescue cat loves sitting on a cardboard box, but I don't want clutter sitting around. We compromised and bought this. It's cute, and my kitty loves sitting on it/scratching it. Everybody is happy now! It seems pretty durable (she's constantly scratching it), but even if she destroys it, it's cheap enough that I will get another without hesitation.
My cats love this!

My cats absolutely love this scratcher. It's well made, so it doesn't bend/crease in the middle when my hefty gal sits on it like her throne. Mine love sleeping on it, and they loved the catnip as well.
At first my cats would scratch while sitting on one side of it, so it teeter-tottered. They'd startle when it would pop the ground. Took them a few times to learn, but it was precious watching it.
My cats LOVE THIS

This is a cute and VERY sturdy scratching thing. My hundred pound kid keeps standing on it and it is still holding up beautifully. I sprinkled the enclosed catnip on it when I opened it and my cats have been in love ever since. They look so regal on it, and enjoy scratching it a lot.
Catit Bench Scratcher - Success!

Purchased this as a Yule gift for my daughter & her partner's 2 kitties. It appears both kitties enjoy it & it looks quite decorative in their home. One kitty likes to simply lounge on it & the other uses it for scratching which was the actual intent. Yay! Thank you!

Initially I thought the design was interesting and would provide my cat additional stimulation- unfortunately the catnip additive falls through the corrugated box design and I’ve just realized why my cat isn’t using this scratch box - he’s tearing up my carpet underneath. I have the traditional scratch box and he loves those but this one is a complete fail. I’ve removed that particular room size rug from the area because no amount of vacuuming appears to keep him from going back to that same place and clawing the carpet.
Excellent cat bench

Although Rosa's taste in perches is ever-changing (and incredibly questionable), this cat throne is a perennial favorite. Plus, it stands up to claws and teeth pretty well.
Quality and beauty in one

I gave this as a “kitten” warming gift to friends who have some furnishings with an Asian flare. They were so pleased! Their young cats where on it immediately, playing with their toys underneath it. I highly recommend this scratching lounge. Value and beautiful.
Chewy is the best company, great friendly customer service!! Don’t know how they manage this so consistently, in this day and age. I have been a customer of their’s for years.

Very disappointed with this scratcher. Not good for older cats for when they get on it it tips and scares them. The cat nip that was included my cats just ignored it and they love catnip when I spray it on toys. The price for this cardboard gadget is rediculous and a total waste of money.
Cute little bench

This is a cute little bench-scratcher. Was a little disappointed when I put the catnip on it, and found it all on the floor! The catnip went straight through to the floor. The cats like to sit on it, but they have yet to scratch it. It is cute, but doesn't hold the catnip.
