Tired of Snowball scratching up the couch? Get him a bench of his own! The Catit Bench Scratcher with Catnip is a bench-shaped corrugated scratching surface that's perfect for satisfying your cat's instinct to scratch while stretching his muscles and removing the dead outer layer of his claws. The Catit Bench Scratcher comes with Catit's catnip; a dash on the scratching surface and your furry friend will be ready to play!
Provides appropriate place for cats to satisfy urge to scratch.
My cats love this scratcher. The only complaints I have are it tipped over when my full grown cat was on it. So I super glued a carpet square on the bottom for balance. Works perfectly now. Also, of course it shreds from the cat scratching at it. Just a small mess to vacuum up. Probably will order another one because it keeps them occupied.

The price was right but some of the reviews weren't good. I took a chance and even before it was fully unwrapped both cats wanted to get on. They used it immediately and I never even opened the catnip packet. It's been a few weeks and it's holding up well. The cats give it 5 stars!!!
My cats’ favorite

We’ve been getting a bunch of types to encourage my one cat to use it instead of the furniture. We’ve bought this one multiple times because it’s the favorite. They like sitting on it... it’s not high off the ground, but it might as well be. Gets good use, last as long as is reasonable for a cardboard scratched. I’m gonna buy another one.
cat bench x 2

I bought my second bench scratcher because the first one lasted for almost a year. My cats love to scratch and sleep on it. I don't use the catnip they are just naturally drawn to it. It is heavy and doesn't fall over even though they race around and jump on and off it. Best purchase others I have tried have lasted a month and this is worth the money.
It’s super cute and my cat loves it!

My cat loves scratchers and she destroys them constantly. I’m pretty surprised that this one is still holding strong. It’s super cute and I love when my cat sits on it.

I purchased 2 of these to replace one that was well over a year old and it was in far better shape than these 2 new ones are after 8 weeks of use.
Manufacturing change or poor quality control...but what are the chances I received 2 subpar scratchers in the same shipment that were one offs?
The other cheaper one purchased locally at the same time is performing very well and shows no signs of wear. I have the same 2 cats and they have 4 cardboard scratchers and 2 cat trees with the only difference being this go around is I added an extra scratching area which means these got less use than the old ones.
After this experience I will never purchase this brand again and do not recommend.
Our cats love this!

We have two cats and they both really like this scratcher and use it often. So far it has not shed as much torn cardboard as some of these types do. Our little girl cat loves to stretch out on this like she is a Queen and this is her throne!

A Maine Coon showed up to my house and we decided to keep him. His first thing was to go to this scratcher and scratch as hard as he can then take naps on it. My other cats either ignored it or thought it was just a chair to sit on but not Floof!! He loves it. The only thing is that if he is on one side too far, it tips over on him. He doesn't get hurt but he can startle. Still he likes it.
My cat love it

My cat princess love it . She enjoyed plays with it I don’t know what it’s but she scratched like crazy and already made a hole in corner
Used as a low bench from them to lay on

Neither use it as a scratch board. They just lay on it and still prefer carpets and furniture to destroy, ugh. But, no matter what I buy them to scratch on, nothing makes them as happy as the, used to be beautiful, leather couch. Ouch.
