My male cats have paid no attention to this except to smell it. One of my females rubs it every now and then. I was surprised that it didn't get more attention
Nice little toy

The toy made Sadie very happy after I rubbed fresh catnip leaves on it. (The unit didn’t come with catnip spray. It was a baggie of dry catnip.)
The catnip around the base tells me this toy is being used

My cats prefer hands on -- mine -- for their daily massages, but they are playing with this at night -- catnip sprinkled around its base tells the tale.
Another cat toy "decoration"

I bought this thinking my cats would spend a lot of time rubbing and kneading on this. Took it out of the box and they just stared at it. This came with catnip, so sprinkled all over recommended areas. Both cats smelled and rubbed along the toy about 2-3 times. Needless to say there are little piles of cat nip all around and in this thing, and my cats could care less. I don't know if it works better with the entire senses system, but to have this as a stand alone toy, don't bother.

Should have thought that my 2 males rub while standing up, not lying down.
Don't waste your money if yours have this tendency
No catnip spray
on Dec 24, 2017
Even though the description says it comes with the Catit catnip spray, it apparently doesn't. I ordered one and it came without the spray. Called customer support and they sent out a new one. The new one also came without the spray. I'm now ordering the spray as I imagine another replacement would also arrive without the spray. My cat won't touch the massage center without messy catnip all over it, so the spray is a definite must for this unit.
It is Okay

The cats will eat catnip off of it and lay on it, but they don't really seem to use it for massage, at least not when I'm looking. Also. the box claimed that catnip was included but there was no catnip in the box. I always keep catnip on hand, so it's not a huge deal, but still...if you say on the box that something is included, it should be in there!

My Maine Coon totally ignores it. Got it for him for Christmas last year and he never pays attention to it.
Our first Catit fail
on Feb 14, 2018
Everything I've ever bought from Catit has been a solid win with my three 3 year old furkids. They still play with the circuit track that I got them when they were tiny, so I purchased this thing with full confidence that they'll just love it. They didn't love it, and every time I try to get them interested in it, they just stare at me like I have four heads. I've tried sprinkling their favorite catnip all over, and even tried catnip spray. I've taken pieces off and groomed them with it. It may as well be invisible for all the attention they give it. Can't win them all I suppose. I likely should have gotten this when they were tiny.

Buying any kind of cat toy for the first time is always a risk. Sometimes my cat likes it, sometimes he ignores it. This one did not tickle his fancy :) However, it is a good quality item and it came with everything stated in the description. My little bae just didn't warm up to it.
