Catit Play Spinning Bee Interactive Cat Toy

My Cats absolutely love this toy. at first they only tried to bite at it. But now they bat it around and tackle it. Then when its not spinning (auto shut off) they will drag it around and kitty kick it. I always pick up it when done though. The treat dispenser could be a little slower at throwing out treats, or maybe they'd go further if I was using it on a hard surface and not carpet, otherwise they just dump right next to the toy.

I have one cat that loves lasers and another cat who loves spinning things. This toy fits both their pleasures. The one that loves lasers particularly loves it. He will actually sit by the toy and meow at me to turn it on for him to play with. Toy is run by battery, and a real positive is that it only runs for a certain amount of time and then shuts off on its own, so you don't have to keep an eye on it to keep the battery from running down.

My cat jealously pounces on and guards the busy bee when it starts to spin. My DOG manically chases the laser light. It was a two in one toy for us. Great for cats with high prey drive.

Not sure if the bee is sold separately, but it did not come with the ball. The laser works, but there’s not much to initially capture my cats attention.

So, I bought this blind, not sure about it at all or how it really operated. Got it and like wow, this looks lame! So i got batteries and put it together. First, the light beam shines bright and within 2-3 inches of the toy, if you’re looking for a fantastic light show, this is not it. However the whole thing spins in a circle, the feathery rod keeps it from falling over, kinda like a weeble wobble. My cats range from 4 months to 7 years and they all like this pathetic looking toy. I’m shocked but happy. They have pounced on it, held it down (ones a 25 pound Maine coon), this thing is going strong! So I highly recommend this toy. I have a kitten that has a ton of energy and plays non-stop. I needed an interactive toy to keep him occupied when I couldn’t play with him and this worked great. The toy seems well made and sturdy. My kitten absolutely loves it and is enamored with it.
