I love this thing, it works well but a little a bit slowly. My cat never got the concept that that there is a relationship between rolling it around and a treat would come out because it either took too long or she didn't notice it when the treat came out. Oh well she still loves to bat it around.
Made my lazy cat want to play
on Aug 28, 2018
My super chill cat loves to bat this little ball around to get to her treats. It takes her a minute to figure out how it works but she always comes back to it and it’s never full for long. I’d love to be able to open it for cleaning but it seems to do well with just a rinse in soapy water. As long as my kitty is entertained and happy, I’m happy!
Not a great design

My cat needs to have two different kinds of dry food and I thought that putting her smaller kibble in this treat ball would help me portion it out for her. The problem is the small kibble gets jammed between the side of the ball and the inner spiral and she can't get all of it out. It is also impossible to figure out how to take the ball apart to clean it. I tried and was afraid I would break the plastic so gave up.
Only 1 small opening
on Jul 27, 2018
If you're looking for a treat ball that's tough for them to get food out of this is it. It only has one size opening, which when you rotate the center around to fill it isn't much bigger. Would have been nice if the opening you have to get the kibble or treats into was a bit larger. Spillage will happen. Other than that it seems pretty sturdy and there's no openings where they could get small canine teeth stuck in. So this would be good for cats kibble or treats as well as tiny to small dogs. Kibble has to be no bigger than a quarter inch across to fit through the opening.
Cat doesn't like toy, but she rarely does
on Aug 17, 2018
All the treats fell out instantly. This gave my cat no incentive to play with the toy. Also, the ball is large, and there is nothing engaging about the ball itself (no noise, lights, etc) to get her to want to swat at it.
Hard to clean and fill
on Jul 10, 2018
Does the job but a bit hard to clean and fill since you can’t open it up. Also unable to adjust the size of the holes to vary based on dry food size. The other treat holder allows us to fill easily because it opens in half and tightens

Panda loves this for the treats. I love it because it keeps her active. The treats don't dispense too easily, she has to work for it, keeping her active. I'm buying my second one, the first lasted over a year.
Rats Love Them!

I bought two of these and both my rat boys and my rat girls love these! It is a great toy for rats if you have pet rats. They drag is everywhere with them. Will definitely be buying again if needed (:
Tempting with Temptations
on Aug 27, 2018
Yes, temptations work, the toy works, the dispenser works as promised. Not the biggest hit, maybe if I was less generous with treats otherwise. It seems the play is a bigger draw than the treat.
Not a winner

My fur babies had no interest in this. They really don’t like to play with the balls that jingle so I should of known they were not about to hit a ball around even if it was for a treat.
