No Screw Hole
This is a terrible product. The tower sent to me had no threaded hole to combine the two halves of the post. If I can't even put it together, it's a bad product
Saving the furniture!
We got two of these. They are tall enough that the cats can stand up and really scratch. They love the little ball inside for entertainment, too.
Worse thing ever.
I love Chewy. The seller needs to be responsible. This item needs to be taken of site. Falls apart after 1 week or so. The things I would like to say right now, about this. I hope this doesn't happen again.
It came broken
It came all ripped up like it was already used and then sent to us
Poor construction
If this were all sisal it would be great. The bottom is felt. A cat could die from ingesting. The replacement part sent came unglued in less then 48 hours
Very sturdy and my cats love it
Excellent height to where cats can climb. Sturdy and does not tip over. My cats love the toy in the lower portion (hole).
Low quality. Base breaks in half with minimal use
Don’t waste your money on this one. Base broke in half after minimal usage but useless after that.

Great product
Cat loves it and actually uses the lower portion more than the top for scratching, but loves the balls attached to it! Only removed a star for construction, while it was easy, it took me longer than other cat posts to assemble.
Instant favorite of my very picky cat!
I put this scratcher together and my cat was immediately obsessed! Normally it takes her a long time to engage with new toys and scratchers but she couldn't resist the ingenious design of that ball in the hole in the middle of the post. It's attached by an elastic string so when she's able to catch it and pull it out, it bounces right back inside. She loves the texture of the felt base and the sisal twine at the top. The base is very wide and sturdy and the scratcher itself is wide enough that she can climb on top. The only critique i have is that the felt is already ripping a little bit near the hole in the scratcher where my cat has been pulling at it. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase!
