Stopped working in 5 minutes.
I buy everything from Chewy for my pets. Rarely do I get a dud but when I do they are fablous about returns. I try to keep my senior cat active by trying out new toys. If she doesn't like it I give it away to another kitty. This toy piqued her interest and five minutes later it completely stopped. The lights lit up but no movement. I think what is particulary annoying about this is that it's not a cheap toy and it doesn't include batteries. I had to buy a 4 pack of size C batteries. Nothing else I own uses size C batteries. They were $6. Waste of time and money.
This toy is just inferior
I had a Smarty Cat like this which wore out after about 4 years. I bought this to replace it. The fabric cover doesn’t lie flat and is always getting caught up. The center circle has a binding that prevents the on/off switch from staying on the toy. Now after only about 1 month I find the timing mechanism seems not to be working; no matter what it’s set on, it turns off in about 1 minute. Very disappointed with it.
Disappointed
My cats loved this toy! However, they got to play with it once and it stopped working. I put new batteries in, the button light up, but it will not spin. Iam so disappointed, the toy had so much potential.
5mins of fun
My cat loved this toy for about 5 mins. She put holes in the cover and pulled the wand out almost immediately. Not worth the money not to mention the 3 C batteries

Have had these in the past and worked well. Should have a 30 minute auto shutoff, but the new one I got would shut off after just 15-30 seconds. Disappointed, as the cats have enjoyed these in the past.
Not a good toy
I bought this toy a few weeks ago for my kitten, Missy, and she has already tore it up. The red thing she bit it off little by little and now she won't play with it, if I could order replacement red sticks for it, she probably play with it, but now its just a piece of junk. If you would give me an address to send it back I sure would.
Great fun for our kitty babies!!
Our old one we had for years finally wore out about a month ago. So glad to see the Cat's Meow was back in stock so I ordered it 2 days ago. Was delivered this morning and our 3 fur babies that are 7 months old are having a blast with it!! They have already chewed off most of the soft red part at the end of the wand within about 15 minutes of play time. Wish it was a harder more durable material. All in all I would still recommend it. So much fun to watch them play with this!! They love it!!
Got a lemon
Previously purchased this item several years ago, but recently stopped working. Cat loved it! New item didn't have different speeds and stopped working after a few weeks.
Toy Shuts Off Instantly
When this toy works, my cats LOVE it. The only problem is that as soon as I press the ON button, it shuts right off. Frustrating as heck!!!! Can't use it.
Problem!!!!
On the chase wand with red plastic on the tip is easily chewed off requires a replacement. Even if supervision it still happens.It needs to be made by a different material so they can’t do that. I overall love the toy. I have had to make my own tip. It works but has flaws.
