Not as pretty
A bit bigger then I expected but that's my fault for thinking 5x7 was the size I needed lol. I was excited for the way it looked with the orange but mine came in all black.. I like the how they made the front shorter while keeping the raised wood around the edges. Makes it easier for reptiles to get in for a drink or soak.
I like it.
So after reading the leak reviews I figured this would be a perfect salad bowl for my beardies enclosure. It's themed and this fits the bill! Glad to add it in. Good size too!
Begins Leaking within days
I should have read the reviews, hopefully you do. It leaks. Not the day I put it in but 10 days after. Looked and looked for the flaw and couldn't find any thing. Put it back in my snake tank and it leaks again.
Not too bad for alt reasons...
So as a water dish this just won't work well. But I found another way to use it in our ball pythons enclosure. We use bioactive substrate & placed this "petrified wood bowl" beneath his own XL water dish. Made a cool burrow under there using that PWB, with confidence there won't be dangerous displacement plus its an additional spot for moist moss. It became his pre-shed go to spot. Loving for these uses.
Nice looking but leaks
I saw another review that said it leaked but I hoped it was just a freak thing but mine only lasted a couple weeks before it started leaking. Bad craftsmanship.
Cute but pointless
Bought as a water bowl for my sand boa and the bottom is cracked so I ended with a big muddy mess in my snakes enclosure.
Broke within 2 days
Don’t recommend broke very easy after having for 2 days
