Cedarcide All-Purpose Bug Spray is not a concentrate. It is a ready to go solution with no dilution required. If you're using it around the home, you will get up to 450 square feet of coverage with 1 quart. For pets, it depends on the size of the dog or cat and how often you're treating them, but generally 1 quart would last anywhere from 45-90 days.
is it safe to use around my grass fed chickens?

You can certainly use All-Purpose Bug Spray in areas your chickens frequent. However, because their respiratory systems can be sensitive to essential oils (the active ingredient in this product). The manufacturer suggests allowing the product to dry for 6-8 hours before returning them to the area.
