Description

Help protect your furry pal from annoying pests that can spread disease with the Cedarcide Original Biting Insect Dog & Cat Spray. This chemical-free, lab-tested formula uses the power of plants—from natural cedar wood oil—to kill and repel fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, bed bugs, mites, and chiggers, with no toxins or DEET. To help control infestations on your pal, simply spray and massage into his coat anytime you need it, and let the formula work on contact—thanks to its lab-tested effectiveness of 99% kill rate for fleas. Works Okay, Stinks to High Heaven

By MomOfTwoKitties on Mar 26, 2021

Before we began treating our bedroom for fleas, hubby and I were getting eaten alive by fleas. These little suckers are vicious, the scabs and scratches on my feet and ankles can attest to that. So we looked for flea sprays without a mess of toxic chemicals because my hubby has Multiple Sclerosis. We came across Cedarcide as a top contender after I read a review that suggested using it as a linen spray on bedding. It's pricey, but we have definitely seen a big improvement in flea bites from bedtime to morning (from hundreds a night to one or two). Since this only kills adult fleas, we use it solely on the bed sheets when I make the bed in the morning. It certainly seems to have helped. The con? It. REEKS!!! Strong doesn't even begin to tell the story. 10-12 hours later, it's still obnoxiously strong. If you don't mind your house smelling like a forest of cedar trees, then its awesome. I'll still use it. Nothing a little vaseline under the nose can't fix!! … more

Looking no further, you’ve found it

By Lola on Apr 8, 2021

We LOVe! This stuff.! Smells amazing, sprays on and stays on! And it’s not too greasy or oily. My lovely pet admittedly rolls around a bit in the grass, but if I distract her with some play she forgets all about it. I love that it won’t hurt any of us with nasty chemicals or burden the liver. So happy we found this and I’m looking forward to trying it out on our doorways, etc.

    Works like a charm

By Suellen on Mar 26, 2021

My dog had fleas and I sprayed this around my apartment and on his fur and it got rid of the fleas. I don’t even give him flea medication because this works so well

    Does the trick perfectly

By Sandrine on Aug 13, 2020

Cedarcide Original smells so wonderful and as much as we love the subtle scent, the bugs hate it. With some cooler days we do like to keep the windows open but hate that the bugs find ways to come in and visit. Cedarcide sprayed around window frames has put up a nice barrier to entry. BTW, the formula for lawns is also quite impressive, my dogs love to sit outside now without bugs buzzing their faces and ears..it is all nap time without interruptions! this is very worth the price and peace of mind that no toxic chemicals brings.

    Wonderful smell.

By MisterFuji on Aug 13, 2020

I purchased small bottle in spring because we are going to campsite where we got ticks on my dog. I topped off frontline treatment on the day of the camp to spray my dogs body, ears and paws. It seemed worked pretty well. Tick free. I also spray on myself and my partner too. We used half of the small bottle in 2 nights, so got this big bottle to refill the small spray bottle and use this at home as linen spray in bedroom as well as in closet for bug repellent. I love them a lot. Thank you for carrying them.

    Problem sprayer

By PBPB on Aug 14, 2020

Seems to work well for repelling bugs. Light cedar scent that the pets don't mind. Also sprayed a fine mist that covers skin and fur easily. BUT shortly after using it the sprayer stopped working. We're still waiting for a response to our email about this problem from Chewy.

    This smells so good!

By Nice on Sep 22, 2020

This has to be the best smelling fly spray I’ve ever encountered. It smells like a cedar closet. As far as repellent, works pretty well. Highly recommended.

    Cedarcide amazing

By debby on Jul 13, 2020

I'm so glad that I tried cedarcide it is amazing we live in Tennessee where the fleas multiply by the second, but thanks for cedarcide it is real easy, I spray my dogs litterly watch the fleas die and comb the dead fleas away. And the smell doesn't linger. It is the best thing I've ever seen that actually does work, like it says.

    Was Skeptical...But Wow!

By Shari on Jun 23, 2020

I have a dog who has occasional seizures, and he cannot be on any traditional flea and tick medication. I was told that anything without pesticides would be basically worthless, but I had to try due to the crazy tick issues in my area. I’m happy to say, that this product has really made a difference. It not only helps keep ticks off of my dog, but it also kills all of the other little pests when I spray in corners or window sill crevices. I apply to my dog twice a day especially on his legs and under body. I highly recommend this product.
