So much easier than pilling a tiny cat!

By Joss on Jun 3, 2021

Giving a pill to a cat is already a huge feat in itself. My full grown, adult cat is only 6.5lbs, so her mouth and throat are pretty small. Getting a pill (and ALL of it at that) is difficult and traumatic for her and ourselves. As a 50/50 indoor/outdoor kitty, she works as excellent pest control on Giving a pill to a cat is already a huge feat in itself. As a 50/50 indoor/outdoor kitty, she works as excellent pest control on our property. As such, she’s so prone to worms that keeping her healthy requires monthly treatments. This product has come in clutch!! It was easy for all of us, the kitty was none the wiser during a snuggle session and best of all, it WORKED. Yes, she was a bit oily the first 24-36 hours where it had been applied, but she spent most of that time romping around outside so it wasn’t an issue for us. A very minor inconvenience to a very convenient option. I highly recommend this. Turn around on both Chewy and our Vet’s part was amazing. We had it on our doorstep in less than 72hrs. … more

    Total Waste of Money

By Catscatscats on Jan 9, 2020

My vet prescribe this for tapeworms in two of my cats. It is an expensive product so I expected it to work. It didn’t work at all, and we had to revert to an injectable dewormer. Don’t waste your money or let your vet prescribe this to you.

    Quick turn around

Our Veterinarian recommended Centragard for our indoor/ out door cat who likes to bring us gifts. We live on an old farm with very old barns. We needed Chewy to verify the Rx from the vet which took less than 36 hours and we had the Centragard with in 72 hours of the Vet visit. The auto replenishment will be very convenient as we will not have to make repeated visits to the veterinarian.

    buy it now!!

My cats are prone to eating fleas and getting tapeworms. Yuck. I know. But this product works wonders! I suggest using it monthly, not as a one time thing. Our kitties constantly lick fleas off of themselves (even while on Advantage II) and occasionally swallow one. THIS PRODUCT WORKS!

Getting the preventive medicine was much easier than I expected

    By on

Getting the preventive medicine for my indoor/outdoor (daytime) beloved cat was much easier than I expected. Just a click, my Vet found in their list, and Chewy took care of the rest. Lori

I was prescribed this from my vets and my cat was rid of the worms within a few days it seemed. He is an outsider/inside cat. He loves to hunt big and small game.. this helps him stay safe

    Still has worms

Not even a week later, my precious cat still has worms. This medication is NOT effective at all in treating and preventing tapeworms.

    This stuff is GREAT

    By on

I love this product. We have had several cases, in our rescue, that were challenging. The cats simply were NOT gaining weight. We had dewormed them and yet they were still in rough shape. We were advised to try CentraGuasrd by our veterinarian, Dr Emily North... and it is AMAZING! The cats we have used it on get progressively healthier. You start to see improvement within days. They gain weight and the coat becomes softer. It is topical and kills all worms in cats (except heart worms). I wish we could afford to use it on every rescue, every month!

    Easy Peasy

    By on

Our old product for parasite prevention wasn’t working for fleas anymore, so we switched brands and the new one only does fleas. I can’t depend on my cats to eat oral preventatives so I chose to go with Centragard. It was easy to apply my only complaint was the residue after drying but it brushed right out.
