The collar is soft and flexible the reflective fabric is very bright at night
We used this collar for one of our goats. It is large enough to fit a 140 lb goat comfortably. The collar is reflective and easy to see at night. It is rugged and the quick release is easy to take on and off.
So far so good. No complaints. Helps our 2 year old black lab to be seen when it is the dark.
Chai's large orange collar was a good fit for our flat coated retriever. Good quality and very bright at night.
Well made, bright color, being reflective is a plus. It comes in a larger size as was necessary for our dog. Recommend.
Loved the sturdy feel and the color of this collar but I've now used it less than a year and the plastic spring clasp broke. It was very stiff which I thought was great but maybe it wasn't a good thing after all. One day when I went to take it off of my dog to give him a shower I realized that at some point it broke and it was on him with one of the hook clasp things missing.
This orange collar is a very bright color, great for reflection purposes. However, it is thick and bulky. My golden retriever started pawing at it - first time ever she did that. We ended up not using it and bought a different kind.
Love the material, color and thin padding. Unfortunately I purchased my harness from another Company. If the harness I have doesnt work out I will definitely buy the Chai harness as well.
If I could give this review a negative 5 stars, I would. My dog's leash has gotten detached two times now, while she has had this collar on. I have looked at it a dozen times, and have no idea how it happened. The most recent was yesterday, which was terrifying because we were walking close to a State Road. Both times it happened, she was on two different leashes, so it isn't the leash. Also, it's never happened before, until I put this collar on her. I threw it away last night!
My mistake - the collar is too small & I need to return it for credit. Please advise
