Service vest
I was satisfied with the product that I received. The first vest I got was too small and I called customer service. She told to donate that one and she would refund my money. I went back the next day and bought a new one. It fit him this time. I was happy with everything I got .
Service Dog Harness
The harness is too big. I'm still trying to adjust the straps to make it snugger. My mistake, I thought my rescuse Beagle was bigger. She's not. So, although it's a beautiful Harness, and I love it, I still need a harness that fits. So, I plan to return it.
One of the best
This Chai's Choice harness is my 3rd. and it's as good as the others. For those of us who have service dogs the ease of putting it on and off is great and the handle helps if you need help getting up or working on commands if needed.
Dog slips out
Not well fitted, i ordered after measuring. She slips right out of this harness no matter how tight it is. Looking for a replacement.

Collar too small
This service collar runs too small. The girth of my dog is 24 and this was not even close to fitting.
Comfortable and soft
My dog has very short fur and sensitive skin but this material soft and seems to be comfortable for my dog to wear
Harnesses for our girls
We have 2 service dogs and the each have 2 of these harnesses and they are great, easy on & off.
Good quality
Harness is good quality for a larger dog. It's too stiff for a smaller dog and the buckles are in uncomfortable places when adjusted to our 10 lb dog.
