Answer by ChewyNov 02, 2020
The Teenie size measures approximately 2-3 inches long, Small 3-4 inches long, Medium 4-5 inches long and the Large 6-7 inches long.

For each size, about how wide are the knots at the end of the bones? I want to see which size is appropriate to fit into a toy he has. Thanks!

I hardly ever write reviews but this purchase was so disappointing I gotta just say no. I bought these for our 35lb basset hound - australian shepherd rescue. She is an aggressive chewer and loves yak bones and bully sticks so I thought these would be perfect for plus it was a good deal. Well she blew threw the first one in less than 4 minutes. I thought maybe I had the time wrong so I put it in a holder (also bought here on Chewy) it works really great with her other yak bones so I wanted to see if it would slow her down with these since she has to work to take it out of the holder first. Anyway it only added 3 more minutes but at least it was something. ;-) I will definitely not buy these again.

Great for light chewers

My puppy absolutely loves these bones. They are great for both her and my older husky as my dogs are not super chewers. I'd compare the chewing hardness to a beef gullet maybe even a bit softer. However I rated these a 2 because they are TINY!!!! I bought the large size for my 40lb dog and puppy and they are pretty small for "large" bones probably more of a small size if comparing to traditional rawhide bones. Additionally I'm not sure they are worth the price hike as they have gone up $10 since I bought them last month and they were already pretty expensive

Great yaki bones but.....

So I bought these for my Alaskan malamute for her 1st birthday. She's an EXTREMELY aggressive cheer. She had one of these bones gone in 2 minutes. Her brother pup is also an Alaskan Malamute and he ate his even quicker. I do not suggest these for extremely aggressive chewers. They just didn't last long at all.

I have 3 Great Danes and they blew thru these in a matter of seconds. Not what I was expecting. I will not get these again.

Yak milk bones

Way too soft and easy to chew up in 5 minutes. Expected something closer to the hard yak milk “bones”

I bought these in hopes to satisfy my dogs heavy chewy....well, I was very wrong and disappointed. Its not even moderate chewers, two bone was gone in minutes whenbI gave them to my chocolate lab and 7 mon old Dalmatian. I'll never buy these again, esp with the cost. Total waste of money

Not for super chewers

My lab is a super chewer. She finishes one of these in about 3 minutes. I would only recommend for pups who take their time with bones.

Don’t Buy!

These bones are horrible, do not buy them! I bought the large which were reportedly supposed to be 6-7” and they were more like 5”. They are also not a traditional Himalayan chew that last a while. My two dogs are the things in about 30 seconds like a normal treat.
