Squeaky and tough

We've had to avoid squeaky toys as my puppy feels an immediate need to find, extract, and eat the squeaker out of all of them. This being a reasonably tough toy and the ENTIRE ball being the "squeaker" seems to be the solution for him! It isn't his first-choice toy but that's just his preference-- he still picks it up for some squeaking time pretty regularly and likes to fetch it. It's nice that he can have a little more variety in what his toys do now.

Squeaker died immediately

My dogs love squeaky tennis balls, but the tennis ball texture is abrasive to their teeth. I thought this would be a good alternative but the squeaker stopped working on the first day we used this ball. My dogs didn’t even squeak it very much, so I’m surprised. The ball itself is in perfect shape, it just doesn’t squeak anymore so my dogs no longer care about it

Deadly toy

Beware! The squeaker can come out of this toy. My girl is currently recovering from a bowel obstruction surgery. The squeaker from this chuck it ball was the culprit. She swallowed it. $5,500.00 later and thankfully she is on the mend.

Dangerous

Do not buy this for your dog. It is dangerous within the first half hour as we played the squeaker that was attached to a part of it was ripped out very easily taking the rubber with it. Fortunately, I was able to get it out of his mouth before he could have had the opportunity to swallow it, and choke.

squeaker lasted minutes

My westie loved the ball as soon as I took it out of the package. To my disappointment, the squeaker lasted 5 minutes. She continued to play with the ball and then the piece of plastic came out of the ball and fortunately I was there to grab it . Not sure how the manufacturer puts out a product that breaks so quickly!

Awesome for fetching

Our Border Collie is obsessed with fetching balls...and these balls have become her favorite because they squeak and because we can find them in the tall grass. They are very sturdy and don't get covered with dirt like tregualr tennis balls. Love these ChuckIt squeaky balls

Great for fetch!

My blue heeler/shepherd mix absolutely LOVES squeaky toys and balls and fetch, and this combines the best of all three into one. Even better, this ball can fit into the Chuckit! Launcher! My boy can't be trusted with regular tennis balls because he will destroy them in less than a minute, and the Kong squeaking tennis balls just don't hold up to his jaw strength (and obsession). Unfortunately, my dog is very serious with his squeaking and ball game, and will squeak this (very high pitch) ball non-stop for hours, which, understandably, eventually either busts the squeaker or pops the squeaker out entirely. Thankfully, with the former, the "swish" sound the ball makes is just as satisfying to him as the actual squeak, for the latter, it's usually easy to just pop the squeaker back in and feel safe to let him still play with it since it's still attached to the ball (thus, not a choking hazard). Because it (usually) still maintains its integrity, and because my dog probably obsesses over it non-stop more than the toy is intended to be played with, I'm still giving this a 5-star rating. Absolutely love this ball, and I always buy a new one as a present for my boy whenever I happen to see it in stock and I want to reward him!

Dog toys

My daughters labs were able to destroy the ball within 30 minutes. Not very durable. I’m looking for something that can withstand a lot of chewing

My pup loves the ball, but the squeaker didn't last but a few hrs. Would recommend for just a ball but if you have your heart set on the squeaker don't buy

My dogs love to play

I have two large dogs and they love to play ball. The squeak just adds that much more fun for them. They love showing off by making the ball squeak.
