Why is there avocado in these? Isn't avocado toxic to dogs?
Answer by • May 07, 2023
Avocado provides healthy fat that contributes to a shiny coat and is a popular ingredient in some dog foods and treats. While the fruit itself is safe to eat, the skin and leaves are poisonous for dogs and the large pit presents a potential choking hazard.
Are any of the ingredients sourced outside of the USA? My furbabies are too important to feed them potentially questionable/mystery ingredients from other countries (ex:China). Thank you.

The treats are made in the USA. Cloud Star will source all ingredients from the United States, unless it is not available or to their quality standards.
I have given my dog the hip and joint supplements for years. I want to start adding the skin ones too. my question is that she is diabetic. I am concerned ar these diabetic friendly.

It's recommended to consult with your veterinarian since your dog has preexisting medical conditions.
Are these more of a supplemental treat? I ask because my dog is about 5 lbs and see there's a feeding guideline. Would it be ok to feed 1/2 a treat instead of 1/4? Thanks
Answer by • Jan 18, 2018
All treats are supplemental. If your dog weighs 5 pounds, it recommended to give half a treat per day.
