What changed?
These biscuits have been a long time favorite in my household. I have two bags on auto ship. They used to smell like fresh cookies when opening the new bag. However in the two recent shipments the cookies smelled like glue, a very strong unpleasant smell. Not sure what changed and not sure I can keep feeding these to my dogs if this is the new recipe.
didn't ship well
item was non usable was just dust. I threw it away never took a picture of the unusable product. wasn't going to write a review but want other to know don't buy without a large item to buffer the box or bags of treats only bought with toys nothing soft to buffer the package handlers.

I’m sure this is a good treat but it’s not liked by small dogs because of the size. Even broken into pieces they don’t like it. So I would not recommend it for small dogs.

Important thing is that my dog loved them. They are a nice size but maybe a little big for a small dog.

These turned out to be pretty good treats! My dogs seem to like them. They're a little soft/dry with a little less of a crunch than my dogs like but they still like them. They're bigger than treats I typically get but they are very easy to break. But they are a decent sized treat. They smell good too, not that processed dog treat smell like most treats. So overall definitely a good buy.

My four dogs just LOVE this dog treat. There ae only five ingredients and low fat. I Love the sound of crunchiness when they are enjoying this treat. My Lab and King Charles Cavalier need to be on a diet. I break this treat into two pieces. So I give two treats, broken into four pieces and give to my four dogs. This treat size is not too big for my other two dogs, Toy Yorkshire Terrier, after breaking it into two pieces This treat is very easy to break which is very convenient for me. I became "Cloud Star" company's BIG FAN. Thank you Cloud Star and chewy.com.
pets did'nt like
maybe others dogs would like these treats, but neither of my dogs would eat them. At first they ate one or two, but then they both stop refused to take them from me at all. Maybe just their taste of what they like. I don't Know.
