Needs attention

Love this brand but two issues with this item. First the cookies that were sent were not the ones shown on the packaging. The one shown on the packaging are soft and easy for my small dogs to eat. The ones that arrived are hard..too hard for small dogs. Secondly the packaging was a large plastic bag with a tie on it in a box..and when I opened it moths flew out..Now I have a moth problem in my garage.

We have small dogs and give them greats frequently, so we break up a regular sized treat into a small bit for each dog. These treats break up easily and the dogs love them.
