How many pounds does this hold? I have a huge mastiff I’m adding to my family but have a hard time finding beds that will hold him. Would this work?

The Small bed is recommended for dogs weighing up to 20 pounds, the Medium is recommended for dogs weighing up to 50 pounds and the Large is recommended for dogs weighing up to 80 pounds. Is the bottom cushion attached to the base? Is the cover for this washable? In the photo I can see that the bolster is attached with a band, so I am assuming the cover can be machine washed. My other dog likes to pull out the cushions so I am hoping the bottom cushion is attached.
