How does one know they need an 18inch versus 24 inch one, if they are all adjustable? Is the 18 in one 18 inches stretched all the way out?.

not particularly strong

The length of this grooming loop is good and so is the strap width, but I don't think it would hold a cat or a dog, maybe a small mammal pet. The metal clip used to adjust the loop around the animal just slides up and down, there aren't any teeth and there isn't any tension to keep it in place. It'd be hard to bathe any animal with this loop

Not a fan :(

These loops are very wide and the silver clip does not stay up. Dogs are wiggling free too often. Poses too many potential risks.

awesome product

Smaller then expected but it is perfect for small dogs that are difficult in the bathe keeps them in one spot.

It’s Perfect

Good for a terrier

With this I can easily restrain my 16-pound terrier for grooming. The tightness is quick and easy to adjust, the clip is well made, and the product is made in the USA.

Expensive but worth it

I find such a small simple item cost $6.99 absolutely expensive, but it is indeed very useful. I use it as a second noose to secure my puppy on the grooming table, which makes a huge difference.
