Hardware concerns
The collar looks okay; the leather is supple and smooth, but the hardware doesn’t appear sufficiently substantial for a dog that would require the length & width of the collar. I suppose for fashion rather than function.
Ok product
This is a nice collar, but only if you're buying it for a dog with a neck size at the large end of the size range. If your dog has a neck size at the lowest range, the tail holder doesn't work at all. If you don't want to fix it 20x a day, this won't work for you.
Positive Results
The collar was a bit too long but we cut a v shape at the end and it looks perfect. The name tag is on Kingsley harness and it was also a perfect fit. Thank you so much!
Disappointed
I love the round leather collars But, today a month and a half after purchasing this collar my dog broke it. at the end of the cable was the ring. No dog. Fortunately, the dog came back with no collar. Could not find the collar When I received the collar I noticed poor workmanship. In other words poor quality. Also I noticed the die from collar stained the fur on my dog.
Cheap and Poorly made, zero rating
The quality of these collars are bad! Cheap leather (?) and thin and buckle will not last. Chewy is my go to provider for all my critters, but they should loose this item. I won't use them.
Stylish well made
I bought this for JP after his jail break from his cable outside. He stretched out his harness and got free chasing a rabbit. 200 later he is home safe and stylish as ever. His tag broke off his harness so when I got a new harness I also got a collar with his tags to be safe this time! The collar looks nice and good quality. I have taken him just to the car without his harness for rides bye bye and the collar holds fine with the leash on it but I have only used it that way for short distances so I can not attest to it being really durable.
Dog roll collar
Weird I ordered a large and an extra large and they were totally different. One was manly and the other more for a smaller animal. Strange.
Rolled leather dog collar
I bought 2 , one for each yorkie. The fit is perfect and the leather color is what I was looking for, very natural. I am very plreasd.
Product is very thin and narrow. Better for a cat.
Got white collar to help see my little black dog at night. However, it is so thin, it gets lost in her hair so you can,t see it.
My powerful Mini broke it!
My husband did not like the wide collar I bought my mini schnauzer, so I bought this one. My MS broke it the first time he went to seek attention from passersby. LOL! My MS is all muscle, so I may have under-bought-just want people to beware, if you have a strong dog, go with something a little heavier!
