Better than the quick clasp release collars
This is honestly the best collar I found. Instead of the cheap click together most quick release collars have, this has a buckle. The best part about it is part of the collar is elastic so that way even though it has a buckle clasp it will still stretch and they can get it off their head. This is very important because my cat will take off his collar unless it has a buckle. Hes too strong for the quick release clasps.
Not for active cats
I loved the design but with having two very active kittens in the home, this collar quickly deteriorated. We ended up having to replace it in less than 3 weeks.
I love it ! Cute fish skeletons !
I love this. The small elastic part was a nice surprise. Gizmo did not love it. He has never worn a collar and doesn't want to start. We'll try this slowly. I found him with his jaw stuck in it and his tongue hanging out. Luckily it had elastic and no harm was done.
Shredded in a day
Maybe it's just because they aren't used to wearing collars but both my cats shredded these in a day. I was really shocked at how destroyed they were on two indoor cats.
Elastic part caused irritation
My cat has worn various collars since he was 13 weeks old, this one came in a cool design and had the bell so we can hear when he's running from the other side of the house towards the open door! However, one night about 3 weeks into wearing the collar his medium long fur was starting to thin around the collar and he was scratching. When I went to remove the collar to relieve some of the need to scratch I saw irritation mostly wear the elastic portion was sitting. Looks like the elastic part was catching his fur and causing the problem. Cute design but will not buy again. I tossed it.
collar not what it seams
The collar was great but it was not a breakaway collar it did have elastic on it to give it some play if its gets hung on something
Disappointed
The collars were cute, but I am disappointed in the construction. The elastic band already came apart and the quality of the material is poor considering the price. Will not buy again.
Cute collar
Ordered this in green & the color is more turquoise. Not what I was hoping for but will keep it anyway as the design is cute.
