To be honest, at first I was a little skeptical but gave it a try for my kitties sake. She has changed so much since having this in my bedroom a.k.a her hangout spot. She hasn't had a U.T.I since and even comes out and sits on the couch now and let's the kids pet her. This is a product that has helped my cat and I would recommend it to others. … more

Read All 25 Critical ReviewsLeaks oil, not impressed

I bought these on recommendation from my vet. We have 2 cats, one middle aged and one young. Our young cat was chasing our older cat away from the litter boxes, and we noticed some elimination out side of the box. I noticed an improvement in my cat’s behavior when I first plugged them in. After a while though, it kind of lost it’s effect. I don’t know if the cats got used to them, or if maybe they need to be replaced. There is still a lot of oil left in the container. My major issue is that they start to leak oil after a while. I have it plugged in down in my basement and there is always a greasy puddle underneath it. The one I have plugged in upstairs smells like hot oil all the time. I am not impressed with this, Comfort Zone needs to do something about their design. … more

Not what I was expecting
By Melissa on Feb 17, 2021
Unfortunately I usually use the Feliway brand and I wanted to try this brand because its slightly cheaper and now I know why. All leaked with proper use. I'm not sure if its the bottles or the plug ins but either way this was a waste of money and unfortunate because it was 3 diffusers and 6 refills.

Cats are calmer
By Frosty on Jan 31, 2021
My 6 cats are calmer & less tension. They are not scratching my furniture up as much & sleep a little more. Plug ins are easy to use.

Do not buy if you are not going to purchase a new diffuser every month
By LLonLM on Jan 30, 2021
Wanted to give no stars, but it made me put at least one. When you use the diffuser for more than a month it starts giving off a nauseating smell. Bought the 3 pack diffusers and all three did the same thing. It was so bad of a smell that I thought the wiring in my house must be burning in the wall. Can't believe this is on the market.

Comfort Zone Plug In
By Lana on Jan 16, 2021
I am torn down the middle on this item. I use both multi cat and the other from Comfort Zone and they seem to work well when I first plug them in for the first week, maybe two, but then they seem to have no calming effects after that, even when new ones are plugged in. I have to stop using them all together for a long period of time. I think they are worth trying if you are having difficulty with your cat, as it helps with some issues, but I have 5 cats, and we have one that just started peeing, two that attack the smaller cat, so my personal opinion is to give it a try and see for yourself. I will add, it is my second time buying them, as I have a big home and place them everywhere hoping I am torn down the middle on this item. I also use the collars and they wig my smaller cat out, like she is on something, yet it works great on the cat that attacks the smaller one. I love and use the travel packets for rubbing all over the pet carriers for vet appointments, I rub them on the cat beds and they are great. I also believe their spray would be great in many situations, so I am kinda in the middle, but think they are worth a try if you have having kitty issues. … more

Did not work for my 3 cats. Saw no difference in the running and chasing

Innovative
By Catdog on Jan 5, 2021
I received a cash back offer for this item in exchange for my honest review. I am so glad to see products that aim to address the emotions and anxieties in animals. My cat is very calm already. My rescue dog has a major anxiety and could benefit from a product like this geared for dogs. That said, this product is definitely a good one to have.

Calms Kitty
By MamaSchmude on Dec 28, 2020
This diffuser I have been wanting to try for a while. We have a cat who is already on food to help with stress since she often gets stressed and pees in our basement. We just brought home a newborn baby and thought this would help. It is hard to know the longterm effects this will have at this point but I know she seemed calmer with introductions. I was able to get cash back by participating in a cash back bonus program.

These diffusers smoke and had an odd burning smell. I definitely don’t recommend them.

Didn't work for my boys, made the girls depressed
By JessicaK on Dec 21, 2020
I used 2 of the 3 diffusers in my dining area and living area. I have 5 cats (2 females, 3 males) and they have all been fixed. Over the next few days, the females hardly moved from their favorite spots and weren't eating as much. One of the females also peed on the floor within a foot of the diffuser. Two of the males continued to pee and spray on the furniture, the Christmas tree skirt, and on a bag of papers on the kitchen table. This is the only thing that has changed in the last week and a half. I'm disappointed.
