do you know the muffin man?
By bubbylove2020 on Feb 5, 2021
Bub loves his gingerbread house. He likes to go in and star at everyone. And the scratch board inside really seals the deal. Wish this was still available or I’d buy more when this one has too much wear and tear. Highly recommend to make your cat happy and jolly!

Better than just a box
By Jekyllhj7 on Dec 20, 2020 top500Contributor
Yes, technically this is a glorified cardboard box, but for a cat that loves boxes... Wow!! I am much happier having this little house in my living room for the holidays than a shipping box. Lol. The only downside is that the house just sits over the scratching board. This was easily remedied by taking a few screws and attaching it myself. Bram moved himself right in.

Made well, but not all that visually appealing.. ok for what it is I suppose

not sturdy
By Valerie on Dec 12, 2020
I buy these type of cardboard toys frequently for my foster kittens as they can be thrown away for a new litter to minimize any germ transfer. This one lasted about 12 minutes with two three pound kittens. Not sturdy at all.

Cats loved it, lasted less than a day
By AHCT on Dec 11, 2020
The cats absolutely LOVED this house. They immediately started using it. However, the walls and roof don’t attach very securely and it fell apart within a day. They still use the scratching pad base, but I’m sad that it didn’t last longer.

Fun Christmas gift
By Mary on Dec 11, 2020
I was happyto see the ginger bread house was still available! Got this for my daughter's cat last Christmas, who really enjoyed it all year. It turned out to be her favorite house Since it's only cardboard i didn't expect it to last. Bought her a new house this year since the old one needs repairs!! A fun gift that may or may not last!

Not recommend for active cats
By chuckie on Dec 5, 2020
I have two kittens and thought this would be great for them for the holidays, but they keep knocking the top off of the base. It's a cute idea but the cardboard tabs are not strong enough to prevent the kittens from tearing it apart and making it fall over.
