These nail clippers don’t cut my cats nail clean; they’ve cracked their nails and cuts leaving them jagged. The guard moves around so it’s not helpful. Going back to the small basic scissors!

I have nerve damage in both hands and can no longer use the little clippers with the thumb holes. This squeezable Conair clipper is excellent! I had no problems trimming up my 10 week old rescued bottle baby for the first time, it gave perfectly clean cuts right where I wanted them. It was easy to use on my fussy older cats as well. I love these clippers so much that I misplaced my first pair and ordered another rather than wait around and hope they pop up somewhere!

These are AWESOME. The black part is a rubbery texture that makes it so Much easier to grip especially if you have a car whine HATES their nails cut. Perfect size. Not to large and not to small. So glad I got this product! You won’t be unhappy.

Dulled After First Use

I purchased these hoping to finally have a pair of clippers that leave a clean cut for my kitties claws. Unfortunately, after the first use, they seem like they've "dulled" and don't completely cut through the claws. It leaves a very rough cut that doesn't remove all of the claw, leaving them getting caught on fabrics.

bought these to replace a pair I misplaced. Disappointed that these are not sharp enough to cut cleanly and splinter the nails rather than leave a clean cut. I expected better quality.

Great For Kittens

Bought these for my 2 month old kitten. Easy to hold on to, which is perfect for cats that don't like getting their nails cut. The guard doesn't work for kittens because the nails are smaller, however you can usually see where to stop cutting. He didn't seem to mind it at all (I found the best time was when he was being lazy on the cat tower)

Completely Worthless

I ordered these as they seemed to have a very high rating. I wanted something that would be quick and easy to use and not splinter my cats nails. It clipped two claws as expected, and on the third just kind of...held on, bent it and did not cut. I ended up with a distressed and angry kitty with her claws still intact.
