These did not even last for 3 small dogs before not working. The screw kept coming loose and they fell apart, literally in my hand. As a professional, I need something that will withstand many small dogs daily.
Nice at first

I worked at a grooming salon so I’ve come to know what I like and what I don’t . I enjoy how these lay in my hand and the nail is easy to see when cutting. However they dull FAST . At the moment I can only use them on my border collie ,I can’t get through my husky/Great Pyrenees mix and lab’s nails any more
Short life span

Bought these with the intention of using them on a daily basis as a vet tech only for them to come apart within 3 weeks of use. If you're intending to use these once every month or so it's fine but don't count on them long term.

Quick guard is useless as it moves. And it dulled out quickly. Spend more money on quality clipped.
Great for small dogs

these are poor quality clippers. the screw in the middle kept coming loose no matter how many times I tightened it. the blades were dull and would splinter my dog's nails. it would also put more pressure on their nails making the experience more uncomfortable for them. definitely not worth the money. I would recommend the Miller's nail clippers instead!!
To dull to cut right

Had to use so much pressure to cut my dogs' (Keep in mind I have 3) nails that it actually splintered a couple. I don't feel these are as sharp as they should be to cut through their nails.

I purchased these for my Cocker Spaniel. Not very sharp, poor cutting leaving rough spots and cracked the nail......also, the first time I used them the spring that opens the blades after cutting fell out! Called for credit for this purchase.....waist of money!

The picture is misleading. The picture in my opinion makes this product look more durable than it really is. It is very lightweight and after not even clipping all my dogs nails the bolt holding the whole thing together was coming apart and had to be tightened.
