Conair nail grinder

Doesn't grind fast enough to trim nails. Takes way longer than dog wants to sit still for.

Best grinder I've ever used.

I've had a couple of grinders in the past--one with a cord, the other battery operated like this one. The cord just adds another thing to get in the way and for my dog to be afraid of. Then bought a different battery operated brand and it was huge and heavy and totally unweildy--hated it. Was reluctant to try again but the third time was a charm. I love this grinder! It is lightweight even with the batteries. You can easily manipulate it to the angle you need it to be. The power is not overwhelming yet it works--my 80lb dog's nails are like hooves (really thick!) and it cuts them easily. I don't use the guard on this because its smaller size and maneuverability make it much easier to use safely than the previous brand I had. It's also much quieter than any others I've used. The light is great too, I can use it to look at the bottom of her solid black nail and see if I'm getting near the quick. It only took my dog about 4 or 5 days to get comfortable with this one. Now I can do her nails (which are a bit overgrown right now) a little every day and then can keep them in check easily.

Does nothing

This product is quiet as promised but did nothing to trim my dogs nails. Probably fine for a small dog but not a large dog.

Great trimmer’s

Works great! I had a different trimmer and couldn’t get replacement sanding discs. This is the best of all I have ever used.

My Fav Dremel.

I don’t know why this isn’t a 5 star product! I’m a breeder and this is the best dremel I’ve ever used. It has a light! It has a rounded tip! It is quiet!!

Do not buy

I have a toy Manchester puppy. 5 lbs. this nail trimmer is not strong enough to trim her nails. Just touching the file with her nail causes it to stop. I will return it for a refund if possible. Chewy should discontinue it.

Stopped working

First couple of times it worked well, then it ran out of steam after 3 or 4 uses. I checked the batteries but it no longer had enough power.

Conair cordless nail grinder

This is junk. Do not buy this. Very little power and the sound is annoying. It would take hours to make any progress. This is a terrible product. Do not waste your money.

Couldn't use it

I tried conditioning my dog to the device and all was fine until I touched it too his claw. Oh well, it sure is a good device and very quiet.

Love the Light!

Wish it was rechargeable, but the light is wonderful!!!
