Don’t bother with replacement
The original purchase was fabulous . My puppy who of course doesn’t want her teething toys tore a hole in the bed .So I wanted to replace the mesh . Out of stock so I followed the suggestion and ordered a comparable item . It was NOT comparable .
Durable comfort
I bought this replacement cover back in August of 2020 it is not almost June 2022 and it has its first little tear. Prob because my puppies (55lb and 40lb) use it during zoomies like a mini tramp! I am thrilled that the quality has been so great and am about to order another replacement cover. It was also so easy to put on when I did it last. I just bought a second outdoor bed from Furhaven on Feb 2022 and it is 4 mo later and it already has tears in the fabric! Cooleroo is top quality!! Also this bed has been outside in rain, snow, summer heat and sun the entire 2 years!!! Amazing!
non-toxic, which is great, but seams not reliable
We just put this on a frame for the spring and the seam opened. Our pup is 60 lbs and we have several of these beds. First time there was a quality issue. (3.2 MB image would not load???) Still need a cover, so might try again.

Horrible customer service
As a company you have tanked. Prices have gone up to the same as a big box walking store. Shipping across the country when there’s a supply house within 70 miles of me which takes a week. Used to take a day

Best dog bed ever! The dogs do not destroy it. Easy to clean; simply hose off and let dry outside. Love the different size options.
Best customer service
I originally ordered the wrong size so reordered correct size. Contacted chewy to see how to return incorrect ones and they refunded my original cost and said to donate others to a local shelter. And, by the way, these coolaroo beds are great. They're used in shelters also so they're tough even when one of my big girls chews up the cover.
These are top quality
We've had our Coolaroo's for over 9 years. Our original slings were finally worn out. I didn't realize how easy it would be to replace them. I love the selection of colors and the high quality of the product. Our dogs enjoy these everyday.
