Has any of the ingredients been changed??
My cat has been having trouble keeping this food down the past 3 days. I thought maybe he was eating stuff off the ground but I noticed that he’s been getting sick ever since I opened this bag, which was 3 days ago. This is strange since Ive never had this problem before with this food. I’ve seen a couple people review before that they’ve had their cat get sick too. This sucks because now I have to throw away this new 10lb bag. :(
Good has been changed
So at first my cats liked it. I have 2 fur babies. One loved it while the other was okay with it. A heads up the nibble is a bit bigger than other brands. I searched for an affordable decent nutritious cat food brand and this was one of them. I needed to refill so I repurchased but the smell and texture of it wasn't the same, my cats noticed right away. They are now picky with it and I struggle to get them to eat it. Now they don't finish it, and one of my cats vomits it at times. So I am now searching for another. Not every cat is as picky as mine, and digestive systems aren't the same either, so I'd say you can still give it a try.
Regular food wasn't available, she loved this
Mitzi's regular dry food is TIki Cat Essentials Trout flavor, but last week it was out of stock on both Chewy and other places. Was looking for something with similar price and ingredients/nutrition/calories and decided on this, partly because it was available in a smaller size. Mixed it in with the remaining Tiki Cat and she seems to like it as much or more.
Cats love this food!
I adopted two 7-year-old cats who were clearly not fans of the food my previous cat loved. I wanted to feed them something healthy but yummy, and found Crave via very positive reviews. My cats love it! And I love that I'm giving them food that's good for them-- I think a lot of the cheaper foods are really bad quality and use questionable ingredients. This feels like a fair price for good food my cats love. Highly recommend this food!
What's all the hullabaloo ?
I feed my neighbor's cats while she's away and she keeps a bag of Crave in her stove, otherwise her cats would track it down and devour it. I brought a handful home to see if my cat like it and ..WOW...she really gobbled it up and demanded more. So, I bought my own bag, which might have been a mistake as she does nothing but bug me all day to give her some. I don't use it as her main meal but as dessert. It's a special treat.
probably good, but made my cats sick
This isn't my first CRAVE brand cat food, but I had thought to switch flavors since my cats often prefer fish to chicken. To my horror, after transitioning them to this variety, they've gotten very sick after eating it every time and I will have to throw out most of the bag. I hope this was just a bad bag, have to leave a bad review to match the feeling of my poor cats.
Saved my cat
After many months of back and forth with different foods and a veterinarian that was convinced my cat had inflammatory bowel disease this food fixed his issues. Over the course of a year and a half we tried meds, different foods (including BB sensitive stomach, Taste of the Wild and prescription Science Diet). Poor kitty had horrendous diarrhea every time he had a bowel movement. Sometimes he would cry out, stand up and projectile poo. It was awful. He lost so much weight. I researched comparable foods to the prescription $70 science diet because that had helped some but we have 3 kitties that eat on a timer. Within 3 days he had solid poo, no more throwing up and is now, after 2 bags, gaining some weight back. Turns out he had developed a food allergy in his old age. I can't recommend it enough! This food was a miracle for us and saved my cats life!
Best Cat Food
My Cat Jaws thinks this is the best food apparently. I bought one bag on sale to try it, since then she would not touch other brands that she had even previously liked. This food gives her a nice sleek coat and she has the energy of a kitten but that's been her normal. This is a great food all in all.
Good food for weight management
I have two long haired cats. One is 8 and the other is 1.5. Pros of CRAVE Cat Food: - The kibble is larger than I've seen from other cat food brands, which I think helps my cats slow down and actually chew here and there. There's been no immediate throwing up since I've been buying this food (over a year). If your cats are too smart or stubborn for a slow feeder, this food is a good choice. - The feeding guidelines on the back are actually accurate. My vet advised my cat should be 8-9 lbs. She was 13lbs, pushing 14lbs. Over the last year I started her on the recommended amount for the weight she was and gradually lessened the amount until I was feeding her what she should be eating at a healthy weight. I'm happy to say she's 9lbs now and doing zoomies again. I started my younger male cat who is 11lbs on this food once he was out of the kitten stage and he's maintaining his weight nicely. - Since being on this food, my cats' coats just gleam. Their floof is glorious. - No tummy upsets. My older cat is very sensitive and she's had no issues. - The food is lower calorie. If your cat seems to count each bit of kibble and feels jilted at receiving quality over quantity, this food is a good balance for that. Cons: - Nothing so far. I'll update my review if needed.

Fed Purina cat chow indoor to my 7 babies for years and years with no issues. Then one day I noticed the kibble had changeo shape, didn't think much of it until my cats hair started falling out and puking began. They had changed their formula too!! I began hours of research and switched to CRAVE! Hair growing back, puking stopped and wet food changed to tiki cat as well! Worth it!
