not a good product
The cube was not able to locate my animal the first time I tried to use it. The charge also does not last long so even if it worked, it doesn’t seem fit for the purpose of your dog wearing it in the event of an emergency, which is what we want. Going to try the AirTag or something else but the cube was a huge disappointment
Cube Tracker
The device is too bulky for our cat. Had to return and request a refund from the tracking website
Looking forward to be able to using this
I ordered this so that I can keep track of my dog when we go travelling this summer. So far, set up has been easy. The only thing I wish was different was that it came with an attachment method for other types of collars. As it is, we have to buy her a new collar just to be able to put the tracker on it.
So far so good
I use the Tracker when we are going for off leash walks in parks. It made me less anxious having my dogs off leash. Currently only have 1 tracker but will purchase another one for my other dog. Unfortunately the radius from the set home address to get an alert is quite large. Initially this was bought to leave my dog in the yard and get an alert if she is leaving set area, but I would only get an alert if she is already a couple of streets further.
New purchase-TBD
This was purchased for my new fur baby. It does not work with her harness so we are waiting for her collar before trying it out. It was easy to set up. It is billed as $198 for the year. The monthly cost is misleading because it is a one-time purchase for the year subscription. You do not get a refund once you have purchased but you can prevent it from renewing. I will update after we have gotten some use out of it.
Did not work for me
This app makes you buy subscription, but when it didn't work for me, as our land plot is too narrow and the virtual circle went into our neighbors and onto the road, they were like, well you signed the contract. But there is no way to no if it works until you buy the subscription. I had to fight with them to get my money back. I used it less than 24 hours and they wanted me to pay for the whole year.
Not meant for cats
This product was not made for domestic cats, maybe large exotic cats. In order to put on any animal you must purchase their separate collar clips because no collar would be thin enough to slip through its side clips.
Don't waste your money
The battery stopped charging after 8 months, it is dead now. When it did work, It only worked well if it was on top of the dog's neck, if it is under their neck the GPS is useless.
Dog tracking
Tracker has performed well while our dog runs our property. Pretty accurate overall for direction of travel with a some distances traveled overstated.
Great alternative to traditional GPS collar
Perfect for small dogs, cats, and exotics. Great customer service. It's not perfectly accurate, but I'm confident if my raccoon escapes that I'll be able to find his general location, then when I get close enough to connect via Bluetooth I'll see the RING button appear. Then I can ring the collar and find his exact location. My raccoon swims a LOT and the collar takes it just fine. I have to charge it about every 3 days. After owning one tracker for about a year, it stopped charging. Cube immediately sent me a new one at no charge. I do wish that there were discounts for additional trackers. $20/month per tracker can add up fast.
