    More Pea protein than Turkey

    By on

My cats liked this, and I might buy it on sale, but the ingredients aren't very good for this price. There is more pea protein, carrots and sweet potatoes than turkey!! And it's called Beef with Turkey. It should be called beef with pea protein and veggies.

    Good Ingredients, Weird Texture

    By on

I wasn't sure about this food because of the lack of reviews, but decided to try it out since it was on sale. My cats liked it just fine. I find that they're not too picky of eaters, I've fed them many brands, and oddly they only refused to eat Blue Buffalo. This texture for this food was really weird though, it was like a dry paste. Had to scoop it out with a spoon. Not sure if it's because of the lack of carrageenan or just the way it is. I'd grab it if it were on sale, but I won't be adding it to their regular mix.

Hard pate, did not work for my cats

    By on

Unfortunately kitties prefer softer pate. But at least i tried getting a variety to see what they would like.

My cats don't really like this much.

    By on

Although i can appreciate no carageen, all 3 of my cats don't really care for this too much. They normally get dry cat food and I bought this on special. They tire of the same food pretty quickly and usually appreciate canned cat food but not really this one.

    Way too dry

    By on

My cats usually like Dave's canned food however this Beef with Turkey formula is very disappointing. The texture is so dry that I struggled to get it out of the can. My cats will not touch it.

    Not Juicy, Grey Colored

    By on

Naturally, the cat who needs high protein wouldn't touch it and neither did his friend. The cats who'll eat anything ate it. Food lacks juice and needed additional moisture to make it palatable. Won't get again.

    Nope— not this one

    By on

Cats won’t touch it. I like to try new brands and favors but not one of my cats likes this food. It doesn’t even look appealing, honestly, as it is dry and chunky. Will never buy again.
