The ingredients listed in this Original formula are the same as are listed in the Whitening formula. So what makes one whiten and the other not whiten?
Answer by • Nov 06, 2017
Although the ingredients are similar, the proportions of the active ingredients are different. The Original Dental Fresh contains 0.1% Chlorine Dioxide while the Advance Whitening contains 0.14% Chlorine Dioxide.
If you wanted to premix a jug of the mixture to make it easier for an elderly owner does the storage container have to be refrigerated or can it be stored at room temp
Answer by • Jan 05, 2018
We encourage pet parents to store this additive at room temperature, even when pre-mixed with water.
Can this be used in a water fountain with a filter? I see an answer that states it is not recommended and another which states that it is okay.
Answer by • Oct 22, 2019
We do not recommend using this water additive with a filtered water fountain. It can be added however, depending on the type of filter being used, it may be filtered out entirely or make the additive less effective.
