My dogs have 2 1/2" paws but they get mud up to their elbows. I noticed the large it taller, so wouldn't that be better for my dogs? I know I should have the medium size, but I want to know if I got the large would the bristles still touch and clean the paws?

The Large would work the same. The bristles should still touch and clean the paws.
Does this clean city dirty paws or it's just for mud? I live in manhattan and after every walk I clean my dog paws with a wet towel cause they become black from the dirty streets of New York..

This Cleaner will work for various conditions such as mud, sand, snow and general dirt and debris.
Would I have to be careful with getting the dew claw caught in this product?

The bristles should not interfere with your dog's dewclaw. However, you should be careful not to get the dewclaw caught on the outside cleaner.
Does this help with salt on the ground? He gets irritated by salt from winter snow.

Works Like a Charm

Just recently purchased this because my floors were turning into one giant muddy paw print after a lot of rainy days. My Golden-doodle has trouble being still long enough for me to do a good job of wiping her paws, but I am able to get all four cleaned faster and better using this. And she only has to be still for a couple of seconds at a time while I dunk each paw, so it is easier on both of us.

FINALLY we can keep the mud outside!

My GSP girl loves to dig in everything she can, and with all the rain my yard is a wonderful mud pit. She comes in with a minimum of 1/2” of mud caked in all of her feet on a regular basis. She is also pretty wary of anything new. I had hope for this, but not much because of her dislike of new things, especially around her feet. The mud buster came yesterday, and I decided this morning was the time to test it after her hour long romp in the mud. She wasn’t too sure she wanted me to use it at first, but let me with a bit of grumbling on her part. To my huge surprise, after the first paw was done quickly and easily, she stood and let me do the rest with no issues. Just a few twisting plunges per paw, and her paws were all completely clean! I do recommend to have a towel ready, underneath the paw, because water will drip a lot right after removing the paw. But this product works even better than I had hoped! Even cleaned the mud out of those deeply webbed toes! I completely recommend!

100000% recommend! It works! I have a lab who loves mud! It goes all the way up to her elbows. We just used this. Only needed water. Put her foot in it and used a towel to dry her off. And ALL CLEAN. this thing is amazing. No more quick paw baths needed in the tub.

too large for chihuahua toes

It seems like it would work good if it fit your dogs feet. The petite size is way to large to do much for my tiny dog feet other than to get them wet. And there are easier and cheaper ways to do that.

Wonderful invention!

This works so well for cleaning paws! We have a white dog who comes in frequently with black muddy paws to our endless frustration. But these jars? Filled with water, shoved each paw in and pushed it up and down a few times, wipes off with a towel, and they are white again! After two times our doggie seems to be getting the drill and seems ok with it. We got two medium sized jars for our 50 lb lab mix. Very pleased!

Golden works wonders

So our deck is under construction and with the horrible weather there is mud everywhere. Goldens paws get mud in between the pads due to all the hair creating what I call little mud balls. The mud buster really helps get those paws clean. Now it takes some getting used to but it does work. I add a little dawn to the water.

This is amazing

I was skeptical that this would work, but it is great. Super easy to use and my dog does not mind it. Only takes a few wiggles of his paw in the container and it comes out mud free. Totally worth purchasing.

Mud buster

Not impressed! I tried this on my doodle, find it to be very cumbersome, and have to dump water and start over after each paw,I can get this done a lot faster with a bucket of water

Great product

This is a wonderful item to clean those paws from going on the grass, chasing lizard in the trees and bushes and getting sand and dirt off the precious paws!
