Are all ingredients used to make this food from the usa? And if not where are they from?

This formula uses some ingredients that are not USA sourced, like flaxseed and barley, both which originate in Canada and lamb and lamb meal from New Zealand and Australia, potato protein from Germany and dried chicory root from Belgium. There are ingredients such as folic acid and taurine that can only be sourced out of China.

why the does your food have Papaya in it.

Papaya and papaya enzymes are healthy ingredients to add to dog food. Papaya adds sweetness as well as vitamins and fiber to a dog's meal.

How many cup is in the 6lb bag?

There will be approximately 4 cups per pound of kibble. The 6 pound bag will have close to 24 cups, the 20 pound bag close to 80 cups and the 40 pound bag close to 160 cups.

Unfortunately

I have used Diamond Naturals dog food for years with large breed adults and puppies but it had been a while since I had a puppy. Saw reviews mentioning persistent loose stool after switching to this food, but was hopeful we might be able to manage our puppy through if that came up. Unfortunately our puppy also had very loose and frequent stool regardless of how slowly we transitioned from old food. Wish this could have worked out.

Not good!

Got this food as we feed my other dog Diamond naturals skin and coat formula. Day 1 my puppy was fine, day 2 started with horrible diarrhea, by day 3 it was almost water he was pooping and every 2 minutes. Immediately switched him and resolved within 12 hours. Will not be getting this again sadly because the adult food does well for my household!
