    Just switched our 2 seniors to this food from Pedigree. Pedigree just wasn't cutting it for obvious reasons. This is also the same price per pound as Pedigree. We have a boxer and a pomeranian. The pom doesn't have issues bc the kibbles are small enough for him to eat too. The boxer who is 13 with joint Just switched our 2 seniors to this food from Pedigree.     My dog did not like the taste at all

    I researched this product and I believe it is good food when it comes to its ingredients, but my dog didn't like it all. He has recently gone blind and with that is less active than before, we still go for walks and play but he is not racing around on the same level anymore, that with getting older ( I researched this product and I believe it is good food when it comes to its ingredients, but my dog didn't like it all. He has recently gone blind and with that is less active than before, we still go for walks and play but he is not racing around on the same level anymore, that with getting older (He is 9 years now). He started to put on weight with his old food and we were looking for a better option that is still in a more affordable price group which I think this definitely is. Yet my dog wouldn't eat it. Just the smell seemed to repel him. The only way I could get him to consume it was by mixing it with some wet food that mask the smell and at least some of the taste yet even then he sometimes left some food in his bowl. I do think it helped stopping his weight gain though but it is nothing we can give him long term. … more
